“I had dealt twice with another body shop in Lexington. While the work done on one of the jobs was good, both times their customer service was poor. I had a simple job this time to do and the car dealer recommended Paintmaster. It was night and day difference. Amanda that did the estimate and greeted me was customer service A+. Mike who did the work went above and beyond. The fix they did was done quickly, effectively, and well priced. I then had them look at a job I had priced at the previous shop that was one option and expensive. Mike not only gave me another option 1/3 of the cost, but also took the time to show me what it would look like, which was exactly what I wanted. I will be going back to have them do the second job. HIGHLY recommend them!”

“As a senior who’s driving my fifth Volvo, and this S-80 being the best car I’ve ever owned, I was pretty upset when I saw the damage to the right side a fallen tree had done.
Then, I’ll tell you what, when I saw it after Quantrell Collision Repair here in Lexington fixed it, I was amazed at how beautiful a job they’d done! It looked like it just came from the factory, like a brand new car.

The staff is very pleasant, honest, and does a wonderful job. The repair cost less than half of what we had been quoted elsewhere. “I came in to have my windows tinted on my OBS Chevrolet pickup and WoW, Smokey Mountain knocked it out of the park. Cady Damrell did the tint job. Now it’s been 1 week later and it looks amazing. They have great deals on truck and jeep accessories, stereo equipment, bed liners, tires, installs, and so much more. Barry, Cady and Scott make the place feel like home and are VERY knowledgeable to every question that I asked. Don’t waste your time reading this anymore…. “David fixed and painted a few areas on our car.Both bumpers had damage and the hood needed to painted.We thought the bumper covers would need to be replaced but David fixed them and you can’t tell they were damaged.And the hood turned out great.I highly recommend Freeman’s auto body,David is honest and does excellent work.”

“I am so thankful to a wonderful employee named Triston. He single handedly saved me a few hundred dollars by truly understanding the root of my car problem. My car wasn't starting and I immediately thought it was the battery, but weirdly enough it started remotely. He didn't jump to a conclusion like they did at Advanced Auto down the street and he explained to me what was going on with my car wasn't a battery issue but likely a key fob issue, which is great because no one wants to drop hundreds on a new battery if they don't need to! I get home and switch back my fobs and what do you know he was spot on! My car turned on perfectly for the rest of the day! Thank you so much Triston, I hope you get some well deserved praise and even monetary reward! I'll be an AutoZoner for a while due to you!”
