In summary, the entire service team deserves all the accolades for their outstanding performance. From the sales person to the detailing/maintenance staff in the back. “I had dealt twice with another body shop in Lexington. While the work done on one of the jobs was good, both times their customer service was poor. I had a simple job this time to do and the car dealer recommended Paintmaster. It was night and day difference. Amanda that did the estimate and greeted me was customer service A+. Mike who did the work went above and beyond. The fix they did was done quickly, effectively, and well priced. I then had them look at a job I had priced at the previous shop that was one option and expensive. Mike not only gave me another option 1/3 of the cost, but also took the time to show me what it would look like, which was exactly what I wanted. I will be going back to have them do the second job. “David fixed and painted a few areas on our car.Both bumpers had damage and the hood needed to painted.We thought the bumper covers would need to be replaced but David fixed them and you can’t tell they were damaged.And the hood turned out great.I highly recommend Freeman’s auto body,David is honest and does excellent work.”

“My old truck wouldn't hold a charge, I jump started it and went to O'Reillys on new circle. They ran a diagnostic to determine if it was the battery, the alternator, or the starter was the culprit, FOR FREE. It turned out to be the battery. I didn't have the tools I needed, so they loaned me tools, gave me expert advice and helped me with the repairs. I highly recommend this location of O'Reillys they went above and beyond what a customer could expect to help me get back on the road. Bill, the manager, and several other employees joined in to aid me, I'm just so thankful that these folks were around, it could have been a costly ordeal. All of them deserve raises, all I can do is give them praises.”
“I can not for the life of me remember the store managers name or the associate who helped me, I came in 20 minutes before close looking for thermal paste for a project for work. The manager did EVERYTHING he could to help me including calling a store in VEGAS to get a PART NUMBER so he could locate what I needed. Out of this world service, I got what I needed, finished my project, and it was ONLY possible because of these two gentleman. Dave rebuilt the rear caliper and master cylinder the sent me detailed photos of the parts laid out on a work table and an update on the progress he was making.
