Eric and Joshua were incredible! I had no idea what type of engagement ring I wanted when I walked in and both of them helped me understand what would look best on my hand. My boyfriend even ended up buying the one I decided on that same day, they made it so easy and comfortable (we all know stuff like this can be very scary lol) for my boyfriend to make such a big decision! Thank you both.

We were looking for an engagement ring with rubies. Most of the other stores acted like it was not possible or a big issue. Joshua was great, we had the customizations ordered and we're on our way quickly. It took a while but my ring is beautiful. There was a small issue with the size but Joshua made sure it was fixed and ready before we left on our trip to Oregon to announce our engagement. He truly went above and beyond.
