Great experience with returning my online purchases. The staff were super helpful and attentive and made the process easy. They also assisted with attempting to find my next paivof boots and other accessories.

When we walked in there were at least three associates behind the counter but no one greeted us or said a word when we entered. After a few minutes my son found a pair of boots he liked and went to ask if they could look for his size which they said no because they were doing inventory and couldn't sell anything out of the back. 1) if you're open for business you should be able to sell items 2) if you were unable to sell certain items an associate should have walked over and informed us of that before we wasted our time browsing. The associates were more concerned with chatting than helping the customers.

This boot store was packed with customers. Fortunately, it was also packed with employees. Altogether, there were a lot of people in that store. I thought the service was good, but I have extra wide feet, and they didn’t have any of my size in stock. They were helpful by telling me that I could go online and try and order some. Is that helpful? I’m not sure. It’s kind of like when my wife tells me that I should just stop while I’m ahead. That’s good advice, but it isn’t very helpful, because I very frequently am already way behind by the time she tells me that. On the other hand, if I were wearing some nice boots, maybe I could catch up, but they don’t have extra wide in stock. Also, I was surprised to see that almost all their boots had square toes - is that the style now? I’m going to stop writing this review while I’m ahead.

Ariat makes really good stuff I got a rear hoodie and I bought a pair of composite steel toes shoe's about a year ago that are so comfortable I just wear them all the time there my main pair of shoe's. The down side is where the store is located there's almost never anywhere to park unless you want to walk honestly the summit is a huge mess I avoid it as much as possible but they have good shops and restaurants just horrible parkimg

Easily located inside an outdoor mall. A lot of attention went into the decor and styling of the shop. Displays were done with an eye of detail, and all told a story. Merchandise was pristine and paired with complimentary accessories.This location is an absolute pleasure to shop.

Not what I expected for a Ariat brand shop. I won't go back. I have worn Arait for 15 years or more and always will but I went in this store looking for a curved heal western boot and they didn't not have a SINGLE pair. Everything is wedge flay sole boots for men. I was beyond shocked and disappointed in the boot selection.

I have been shopping here for about a year and a half and each time I'm on the lookout for clothes that work outside the equine world. So many cute options and the casual boots I bought are so comfy. Staff is always ready to help and when I had a return they made it easy. Be on the lookout for help from Brynn... she is a rockstar!

Went in looking for 2 pairs.. a futurity boot (which they didn't have is stock) and a work boot(which they don't carry any work boot). So I asked to try a bench made bison again they didn't carry. She tried to push a bench made caimen (most expensive boot in the store) wasn't comfortable. Tried a different boot on. Wasn't the right size so I asked for a half size small and got a bunch of attitude about if I'd even buy the boot. Which I did once she got them. Service and variety are poor, but the quality of the ariat brand saved this place

Friendly staff, small store but carry good variety of products. centered in the middle of numerous other high end stores. Stopped in when I drove through Lexington. A nice place to spend an afternoon
