“We recently purchased new appliances from Pierratt’s (first time buying NEW). Upon deliver the covers of two of the doors were scuffed up and although not bad we asked for them to replace the covers. The serviceman, Billy, came by today and pointed out that the hinge on the fridge door was bent which caused the doors to scrape part of the door o hasn’t noticed as well as making the doors unlevel. (Which I did notice but didn’t realize it could be fixed.) He said he could go ahead and replace the cover and let it be or he could order a new hinge and fix it all properly. I chose the latter.He could’ve slapped the new cover on and went about his day but didn’t. This is rare in today’s world and has renewed my hope in humanity.I wasn’t sure who to use when we bought the appliances but this experience confirmed that we went with the right place and I am so grateful to Billy’s attention to detail and Pierratts for hiring quality service men who still know how to do the right thing. Thank you!”

“UPDATE: I called Ferguson home customer service to arrange an exchange of the defective faucet. The phone rep couldn’t have been easier to work with. Though the replacement faucet won’t arrive for several days, at least they acknowledged the problem and did the right thing to resolve it. Hoping the replacement faucet is problem-free, but believe Ferguson Home will work with me to resolve it if it isn’t.

Ordered 2 bathroom faucets and a shower kit. Shipping was prompt. 2 faucets and mixing valve arrived first. The boxes for ALL THREE items had obviously been opened by someone else, repackaged (poorly), and sold as new. While the mixing valve and one faucet look o.k. To install, one faucet had stains and multiple fingerprints that wouldn’t wipe off. So I have to waste time arranging an exchange.
I’m VERY disappointed that Ferguson seems fine misrepresenting the condition of their “new” products to their customers. If you market your product as new, send me a new, unused item. Not someone else’s return.”

Super down to earth and sweet and understanding the new manager is amazing he took care of me because the sales woman was busy with other customers and that in itself means a lot iv had a lot of jobs so seeing a manager bother to get up from behind his desk makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside and he did a great job! I got exactly what I was looking for and I got it at a better price because that manager was willing to get up and do some work! Not to brush off the sales woman though she was able to swoop in and finish me up after her difficult customers left and was also super sweet and helpful. What was the most amazing and shocking was that when my washer and dryer set came for delivery the friendly manager was there helping the delivery guy! Above and beyond I would say.”

I wasnt able to get help with my pickup item that was in the back, but they had no problem going and getting a xbox i hadnt paid for yet from the back. Yet when i went to get my pick up item. No one was able to go get it from the back for me. I know they were busy, just seemed weird..m.”
“Easy in and out to grad a new Starlink Dishy. The sales guy was very talkative and trying to upsell some sort of warranty to us in addition to the included Starlink trial period. Hard pass. That peeved me. Love Starlink and how accessible it is to quickly purchase a Dishy now.”
“Ordinarily, I would have given this store 5 stars. However, I the parking lot dirty with trash and debris. This cleanliness issue continued inside the store. It wasn't any one major thing. It was all the little things. The mens bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned in some time. Out in the store, there were areas that needed to be swept up. Shelves waiting to be organized. I saw this store look better years ago. Hopefully, that level of attention to detail will return.”
“My son developed severe dust mite and a few other environmental allergies. I was at my wits end trying to control them. It wasn't in the budget to pull up all my carpet right away, so all the allergy websites told me I needed a better vacuum. The owner, Hope, and her husband Bob were really fantastic in helping me pick out what I needed. They were so patient with my millions of questions, let me try several vacuums out on the sample floors in the store. I never felt like I was being 'upsold'. They have tried all the equipment and really just wanted to get me what would work for my needs. We talked about what I was currently using, the amount and types of areas I had to vacuum. I picked a medium sized upright Sebo. I had just washed out the filter on my old vacuum and vacuumed the whole house. Then I went over it with the new vacuum, and probably picked up a third of a bag worth of dirt. I couldn't believe how much was still left. It's hard to get a picture of the bags with the small opening (shown in my picture), but it packs the dirt down really tight, unlike a canister where it's all over the place. The air coming out of it smells totally clean, where as the air out of other vacuums still smells dirty or musty. And the suction was amazing. I also purchased two large air purifiers there, because we knew we would need them for allergies. I'm so glad to have their shop locally. The choices online were really overwhelming, and I have already gone through several amazon vacuums that tear up in a couple of years. The warranty and local service is huge for me since I feel technologically challenged at times. I like knowing I can bring it in if I just can't figure out a button or a light. It's also convenient to make one trip to get everything I need, and they can always get replacement parts or filters. It's already made a huge difference in the air quality in our home, and I finally feel like we are on our way to getting allergies under control. 10/10 recommend visiting if you want a good quality vacuum or air purifier.
