“We recently purchased new appliances from Pierratt’s (first time buying NEW). Upon deliver the covers of two of the doors were scuffed up and although not bad we asked for them to replace the covers. The serviceman, Billy, came by today and pointed out that the hinge on the fridge door was bent which caused the doors to scrape part of the door o hasn’t noticed as well as making the doors unlevel. (Which I did notice but didn’t realize it could be fixed.) He said he could go ahead and replace the cover and let it be or he could order a new hinge and fix it all properly. I chose the latter.He could’ve slapped the new cover on and went about his day but didn’t. This is rare in today’s world and has renewed my hope in humanity.I wasn’t sure who to use when we bought the appliances but this experience confirmed that we went with the right place and I am so grateful to Billy’s attention to detail and Pierratts for hiring quality service men who still know how to do the right thing. Thank you!”
“When we moved our daughter to the area from out of state, our Rainbow vacuum suddenly stopped working while cleaning her apartment. I found A-1 via an online search. They told me to bring it in and repaired it with 24 hours. Can’t recommend A-1 enough. Very grateful for their service and kindness!”

“I called the Pieratt’s store on East Reynolds Road in Lexington KY yesterday to see if they had the LG washer and dryer in stock that I was interested in as well as the pedestals. Mike Curran, the Sales Manager was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. He had everything I needed on hold and ready to be delivered today! James and Charles, the delivery team made the delivery which was very smooth and professional! We are very thankful that our son recommended Pieratt’s to us!”

“At first I had a bad experience with the extended warranty, but Tim at Ferguson made it right. He listened to my issues and found a very fair resolution. Ferguson does care about their customers. I would shop there again, but would probably be hesitant to buy the extended warranty. That is unless it was from Ferguson and not the existing Tru Blue company.”
“I live in Nicholasville and I rented a garden tiller from this store and have for the past 3 years .When I got their I had rented the wrong tiller online. They were accommodating and got me the one I needed. Because of this they had to spend time to clean out the debris from the tines because the previous customer did not. They started my rental time from when I left the store. After getting home I got part way through my project and the tiller busted. Do to an already damaged handle. I called the store and they said I could swap it out with another one. When I got the tiller back to the store I pointed out the damage that was not my fault and told them I didn’t have the time to swap out the tiller I was done for the day. I didn’t want to spend more time and gas to drive back into Lexington to return a substitute tiller. Without me asking my bill was adjusted. This has been the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I will continue to shop and rent from this store. Thank you to the three men in equipment rentals that helped me.”

“I left a review on the Best Buy site. I recently purchased a computer from them. It was a very good deal and a good value. The computer has worked amazingly so far. The customer service was great, although the gentleman at the counter was a little weird. He stared at me pretty intently when I came to pick up my computer. Other than that, it's a nice location worth visiting.”

“My husband has had an account for a few years and Lucas the manager of the store does an exceptional job. He has been attentive to my needs, made sure my items arrived on time, helpful getting me approved and helped when I was late on payment. I have seen him Unload sections of the showroom to outdoors. He delivers items and most of time answers the phone when I call. Aarons is lucky to have a well rounded manager who genuinely cares about his customers and the business.Tony Martin.”
