“We recently purchased new appliances from Pierratt’s (first time buying NEW). Upon deliver the covers of two of the doors were scuffed up and although not bad we asked for them to replace the covers. The serviceman, Billy, came by today and pointed out that the hinge on the fridge door was bent which caused the doors to scrape part of the door o hasn’t noticed as well as making the doors unlevel. (Which I did notice but didn’t realize it could be fixed.) He said he could go ahead and replace the cover and let it be or he could order a new hinge and fix it all properly. I chose the latter.He could’ve slapped the new cover on and went about his day but didn’t. This is rare in today’s world and has renewed my hope in humanity.I wasn’t sure who to use when we bought the appliances but this experience confirmed that we went with the right place and I am so grateful to Billy’s attention to detail and Pierratts for hiring quality service men who still know how to do the right thing. Thank you!”
“When we moved our daughter to the area from out of state, our Rainbow vacuum suddenly stopped working while cleaning her apartment. I found A-1 via an online search. They told me to bring it in and repaired it with 24 hours. Can’t recommend A-1 enough. Very grateful for their service and kindness!”

“I called the Pieratt’s store on East Reynolds Road in Lexington KY yesterday to see if they had the LG washer and dryer in stock that I was interested in as well as the pedestals. Mike Curran, the Sales Manager was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. He had everything I needed on hold and ready to be delivered today! James and Charles, the delivery team made the delivery which was very smooth and professional! We are very thankful that our son recommended Pieratt’s to us!”

“Every time I come here the atmosphere is uniquely pleasant and there’s never a wait. Someone always greets you upon entering. They offer bottles of water and calls on your birthday. Olivia helped me today pick out gifts for my daughter within my budget. She’s friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Very pleasant young lady.”

“At first I had a bad experience with the extended warranty, but Tim at Ferguson made it right. He listened to my issues and found a very fair resolution. Ferguson does care about their customers. I would shop there again, but would probably be hesitant to buy the extended warranty. That is unless it was from Ferguson and not the existing Tru Blue company.”
“Multiple times I have bought things and left a bag or 2 at the store. Customer service at this location has been the best out of any business I’ve dealt with. Chloe and Brad went out of their way to help me locate my digital receipt and find the items I left. They were great!”

“I really like these guys. Super down to earth and sweet and understanding the new manager is amazing he took care of me because the sales woman was busy with other customers and that in itself means a lot iv had a lot of jobs so seeing a manager bother to get up from behind his desk makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside and he did a great job! I got exactly what I was looking for and I got it at a better price because that manager was willing to get up and do some work! Not to brush off the sales woman though she was able to swoop in and finish me up after her difficult customers left and was also super sweet and helpful. What was the most amazing and shocking was that when my washer and dryer set came for delivery the friendly manager was there helping the delivery guy! Above and beyond I would say.”

She helped me find all the right tools and gave me advice on how to get started. Ended up getting everything that I needed and will definitely come back to this location thanks to her!”
“Great items and caught a few things on sale! Only reason not 5 star because i went to pick up an item during blackfriday and bought few more things while i was there. I wasnt able to get help with my pickup item that was in the back, but they had no problem going and getting a xbox i hadnt paid for yet from the back. Yet when i went to get my pick up item. No one was able to go get it from the back for me. I know they were busy, just seemed weird..m.”

“Easy in and out to grad a new Starlink Dishy. The sales guy was very talkative and trying to upsell some sort of warranty to us in addition to the included Starlink trial period. Hard pass. That peeved me. Love Starlink and how accessible it is to quickly purchase a Dishy now.”
“Ordinarily, I would have given this store 5 stars. However, I the parking lot dirty with trash and debris. This cleanliness issue continued inside the store. It wasn't any one major thing. It was all the little things. The mens bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned in some time. Out in the store, there were areas that needed to be swept up. Shelves waiting to be organized. I saw this store look better years ago. Hopefully, that level of attention to detail will return.”
