“Sold some furniture to these folks. Good communication and expectations. Family run local business. Don't expect to get rich off your old furniture, and they are picky on what they want, but it's a good way to make a few dollars and pass gently loved quality furniture onto others to enjoy. They seem like good people. Overall good experience and I'm happy I stopped in there.”
“I stopped in today to browse the antiques. So many beautiful pieces! Pricey, but the quality of everything is very high. I picked out a couple of glass pieces and the owner gave me a very good deal on them. He was very nice to work with. Highly recommend if you are an avid antique shopper.”
“Phenomenal place to eat lunch and have a business meeting. Its quiet, and fully stocked. There's plenty of room and the food is delicious..I highly recommend this hidden gem for lunch meetings or to grab a delicious deli sandwich, burger and fries or salad!”
“Such a cute little store! Lots of nooks and crannies to explore and a wide variety of antiques to choose from. I think whether or not this place hits the spot for you is totally going to depend on your personal style and what you're hunting for. I love mid-century jewelry, depression glassware, vintage perfume bottles, and similar "kitschy" things. If that's your vibe I think you'll love this place!!
Not entirely sure but based on the layout and curation of different stalls I think this is kind of like a peddler's mall type setup where there are vendors who choose what they want to put in their booth and set their own pricing. Of course there were a couple of booths where things were a bit overpriced but most of what I saw, at least for the things I'm interested in, was well priced and in great condition.
Also the lady working the front counter was lovely and had great customer service! I saw another review talking about how they need a newer point of sale system ... I personally disagree. I loved receiving an old-school handwritten receipt for my purchase. If you've got hours to wander through an antique store, an extra minute or two at the cash register isn't a huge issue.
Overall I loved Feather Your Nest and 100% recommend!!”
“Amazing place! Relic has anything and everything you need if you are looking to create a man cave, change up the look and feel of a room with some new furnishings and decor, or just a gift for someone. From candles and cocktail infusions and syrups by Whiskey Library to barrel-aged coffee (Bourbon Black Tie), candles, rings, notebooks and journals to barrel heads and staves and cabinets, there's something here to fit your style and budget. A must-see when in Lexington! Ample parking and lots of other things to see and do while you're here.”
“Took my grandmother's vintage Bread Box to have it restored, andthey knocked it right out of the park, it is absolutely beautiful, and I wouldn't hesitate bringing anything back to them to have restored! 10/10”
“Gorgeous selection of antiques in a stunning 19th century church. Lots of 19th/early 20th century furniture and art; great spot if you love more ornate pieces. Higher end selection for sure, but the picking is clearly high-end.”
“The Domestic is such a cool little store - A great place to wander and find hidden gems. They've also got a decent sized clothing area with everything from colorful 90's sweaters to beaded handbags from the 1950's. They have a lot of "smaller" home decor items like baskets and vases, but this is also a great place for "larger" items like mirrors, lamps, light fixtures, etc. It's a collection of booths / stalls ran by individual vendors so of course you're going to see things that are overpriced, but overall I would say most of the items are totally reasonable and often a steal for what you find! Customer service is always super friendly and they've got the cutest store cat - overall a great vibe!”
“I'm extremely happy I've found this place to sell my silver and the NEW knowledge i've learned in the few minutes of being here. i'm happy and felt i got the best price for my silver. Thank you and Hope to do business here again.”
“I have had great experience with Longwood when my clients are looking for products that surpass "good enough". They have been easy to work with and have worked with me. ?”
“Recently I bought a FN Israeli K98 rifle for a fair price. There was one small hiccup in the shipping but A&M made sure everything worked out just fine. I would recommend them any day. THANK YOU! OH yeah, and I would give 6 out of 5 stars but Google won't let me.”
“Great service and wonderful owners. There are stalls where individual sellers have rented and laid out their stock of antiques and paraphernalia. The items appear to be mostly female-oriented, but there's something for everyone if you look hard enough!”
“I went to a different vintage shop, and owner said make sure to stop at Scout. I'm so glad I did because it's one of the best vintage shops I've ever been to. Everything has so much character and you can tell it is all lovingly selected and curated. If I had more money, I would gladly spend it here - had a great time looking at everything. Definitely a highlight of my trip to Kentucky.”
“This is one of those stores you need to go to regularly, especially if you are looking for household and remodeling items at very reasonable prices. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets, fixtures, light fixtures, furniture for staging, you just never know what you are going to find! I make a point to visit this store every time we are on the south side of Lexington! Used does not mean used up. I love to upcycle and put new life into gently used items. I recommend you check them out!”

“This is a groovy spot i wish I'd found out about sooner. Jamie has a a little bit of everything in his store; the kind of stuff that elicits unspoken "No ways" as the memory finds its smile. If you find yourself around Maryland Ave & Newtown Pike don't blink, just right and stop by. Oh and he also rents U-Hauls as well.”
“Stopped in right before leaving town after a weekend trip and can’t believe I didn’t go sooner! I love shopping vintage/secondhand and this is one of the most unique shops I’ve been to. It was such a treat and I can’t wait to come back! Definitely left with that top hat plant stand and I’m obsessed with it ?”
