Zero stars , Just had a pedicure today and had the most terrible experience. My nail specialist was in a rush and clipped my skin while trimming cuticles more than 3 times (ouch!) with no apology or look of concern. Nails are all cut diagonally and was handed three dollars back for the concerns!?!? they also do not carry cuticle oil or wrap for shoes when I asked. Staff assured me my nails had dried but I came to all smudged toenails.

The greatest place in Central KY to have a glass of champagne and some pampering. Sua Is the greatest nail tech to exist. She is so sweet and talented!
The entire staff are polite and caring, the cleanliness is beyond satisfying and the results are always beautiful! From the 90’s music to the nails, it couldn’t get better.

I always love my time at AV Nails at the Summit. They always do a fantastic job in a timely manner.
Cleanliness: The salon is so clean I always see the nail stylist opening new tools or removing tools from cleaning agents before using them on me. The pedicure bowls are lined for each service.

Loved the ambiance, the professionalism, but also,very friendly and helpful. This was my 1st visit and Andy did my nails. I can’t remember when I have left a salon, and was excited about my nails.

Anthony Vince has a very nice place and all of the employees are very professional and kind. However, their prices are comparatively high and every single time I get my nails done here (which is maybe about once a year), I end up with a fungal infection on my nails which indicates unclean practices. I've never had this issue at any other nail salon so I'm not sure why. But because of this nail damage that occurs and always takes me months to get rid of, I'll probably go somewhere else from this point forward.

My first 2 experiences here were great. This last time my dip manicure started breaking a week in. I added pictures here, only the middle finger was my fault and I was upfront with them about that. I live an hour away so it was another week before I could make it in to get them fixed. They refused to fix what was their fault, only offering me a 15% discount. For $55 I expected better. I will not be returning.
