We highly recommend Anderson & Rodgers. The remodel and expansion of our 75+ year old home was extensive, but the A&R team produced a result that we are thrilled with. Our project manager, Bill Egan, was communicative, detail-oriented, and perhaps most importantly for first-time remodelers like us, patient. And Shana Baum was instrumental in translating our design ideas into reality - and truly, created something more beautiful and functional than we had imagined. We love our home and it wouldn't have happened without Bill, Shana and the A&R team.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Anderson & Rodgers! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. At every step of the way they paid attention to all the little details and went above and beyond to minimize a stressful situation. As an example of the quality of their work, my project manager, Bill, had my hardwood floors redone a second time because he didn’t like the way they came out. He noticed the flaws before I did and was quick to get it corrected. You can’t go wrong with this team—they’re true professionals committed to treating your home like they would want their own treated.

After Hurricane Ian damaged our home we needed extensive repairs. We consider ourselves fortunate to have contracted with Anderson&Rodgers. We found them to be very professional, fair priced, prompt, dependable, and responsive. Communication was never a problem (rare in this area). Anderson and Rodgers did extensive construction at our home, including but not limited to dry wall work, painting, and replacing carpeting and hardwood flooring. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Teddy Rodgers and his entire team! The process moved smoothly, and everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and incredibly hardworking. I worked with Teddy Rodgers on a project in Florida. He was wonderful to work with. His personality was very friendly, yet professional. He listened to all my thoughts on my design wishes and my hopes for the final overall look once the project was completed. The finished result is wonderful. The quality exceptional. Anderson and Rodgers did an addition on our home, which included 2 four-season rooms, a new retaining wall with patio, above ground pool with surrounding deck, a mudroom, breezeway, and additional bathroom. Bill Egan was our project supervisor, and we cannot say enough good things about him. When Bill took over our project, he was able to keep things moving on the job site and was an excellent communicator. We are very pleased with the end result of our project. It actually turned out better than we imagined it would, and the price was reasonable considering all that was done.

Anderson & Rodgers oversaw the reconstruction of our primary bed & bath after hurricane Ian. They stood by their estimates, their subs arrived on time and were professional, neat & clean. Brent Anderson & Teddy Rodgers were ALWAYS available by phone, text or email and Teddy was most often on-site. We had an excellent experience with them.Services: Tile work replacement

We used Anderson & Rodgers to remodel a historic home in Lexington. We spoke with at least eight other contractors and got quotes from three before signing with A&R. From the very beginning, each team member we interacted with handled our project as if it were their own home. A&R almost entirely eradicated the stress of a home renovation. The amount of times they went above and beyond in the process was more than we could count.Shana and Daniel were absolutely outstanding and were fundamental in making the entire experience a positive one. They both proactively tended to issues that we would have otherwise overlooked. Both were nothing but kind and patient throughout the entire project. We cannot say enough good things about them!
