Terrible service, as I had already changed the power steering pump from my car to the other, it dumped all the oil again, I took it back and made the excuse that the pump was defective. For me he just wanted to try to fix something without putting in the new part, but he did charge me for that. As if he had put on the new one. Well, return it and look when they brought you the new pump. The one who says he is the teacher put it on. And as the week went on. It started leaking the oil a little but I liquidated it. I took it to another mechanic and he told me that they had put transmission oil in it and not the oil I needed because the gaskets were in bad condition. Well, for taking the car with this man I ended up paying double. Very bad service. I do not recommend it

Called and got a price. Agreed to it said he be there in 30 min. An hour later I tried calling & texting and got no answer, tried several more times still nothing. He never showed up amd never called me back.Terrible & Unprofessional

Absolutely amazing service. Boke down on 75 2.5 hours from home on a Saturday, called, and they came right out and hauled us and the vehicle back to their shop right next to auto parts store. Had us repaied in under and hour and super affordable. Super nice, and honest. If you are in the area and need an honest repair service this is the place.

Busted a hose on i75 on a 9 hour drive from Charlotte to Cincinnati. They replaced it cheap, got me where I needed to be. Had my dogs with, was in a tough spot. They helped me out a ton.Seemed to know what they were doing, if I knew I needed a thermostat then I would have bought it next door and asked them to fix it too. Not in Lexington often, but now I know if a friend, family member, or myself needs help, they can help and won't gouge me. Saved my day, thanks again, hope someone from the staff reads these and let's the guys know.

I had to get an AC compressor installed same day on a GMC truck. I called and was told to bring it immediately. They had me pull right in and immediately started working on the truck. Several other mechanics appeared to to be busy working on other jobs as well. They got it done in record time and for a very reasonable cost. This was my first time using Alvarez but it won’t be my last. Very good service!
