Usually stop in here to gear up when I am in town only to find polos that cost $120 and long sleeve fishing shirts $110. This is the first time I have ever left the store empty handed.

While I've never set foot in the store, kudos to the team. I had been eyeing the Nike Air Pegasus 39 UK shoes since they same out but procrastinated and couldn't find my size on the major internet sites. Before settling for my second choice, I did a last search of the internet and found my size on the Alumni Hall website and ordered them Sunday night. My package was shipped out Monday and arrived in Florida on Wednesday. When I opened the box the first thing I saw was a "Happy Holidays, Go Big Blue" note. Great touch. I pulled away the packing paper and found my new shoes, gift wrapped in Alumni Hall paper. Amazing! The next time I'm in Lexington, you can bet I'll stop in!

Great selection of items here. The prices for certain items can get up there, but the quality is there so thats not a big issue.

I grew up in Lexington & now live out of state. Today, while I shopped a few other stores in The Summit, my 16 year old, 15 year old, and 9 year old boys went into Alumni Hall. One of them shopped for a jersey (with his Christmas money) while the others watched the Citrus Bowl on the TV. I have seen many people at the Fayette Mall location watch games- they even have a sofa set up. The boys came to find me & told me they had been removed from the store by security. While in the store they were respectful, addressed the staff by “Sir,” and even apologized (for what I’m not sure) as they were being let out by security. When I went to speak with the manager, Garrett, he told me they “paced around sketchy” and seemed to have an “attitude.” But when I pressed him on attitude, he admitted that they were very respectful. I’ve never had anything like this happen at any store with my kids ever. There are a lot of places to buy Kentucky gear and I highly suggest you shop elsewhere as I will be doing in the future.
