We were visiting Lexington and my dog had an emergency. The doctor who picked up the phone was so kind and gave us great advice to help our dog feel better! She really went above and beyond!

I called to try and possibly book an appointment and they told me they were “pretty booked out”. They didn’t even humor me with a possible date. It felt very unwelcoming, so if you are someone looking for a new vet I’d look elsewhere because they won’t help you. I just needed a wellness check done on my rats, and I would have waited. It’s a shame because I read such great reviews. I understand being booked out, but at least try to work with possible new clients.

Dr. Hebert is great and her place is awesome! Pets are in great hands here!! Prices are so much better than other places, and you can tell she really cares about the animals that come in!

I called this office today to get a quote on neutering for my cat. Murphy is approximately 8-10 months old. All I wanted was a price quote, is it a one day procedure, and is there a particular day for the procedure. Then I was going to give my name and talk when. I hardly got the question of the price out of mouth before she said oh we are booked. I said how long, she said months, stuttered at least till June. I call BS. Now my pets have been to Dr. Hebert before but it has been MANY years. In fact, she saved my Grady's life. I don't know who answered the phone but I feel they could have been a little more patient in answering my questions than tell me they are booked. I know Dr Hebert would have remembered me had I just had the chance to give my name instead of being rudely put off. If you need a neutering or spaying done now, don't call this office.
