The counter agent Jada, I’m sure I got that wrong. She was incredible! I waited for about 3 minutes, they didn’t have the car I reserved but they had what I wanted and wasn’t able to reserve so she hooked me up. Very pleasant to work with and funny To boot

Shout out to John at the Lexington Alamo airport location. His customer service was stellar. He was professional, polite, efficient and kind. We would absolutely rent from Alamo again because of John. Well done!

We were given a Rav4 hybrid. With a broken passenger window. It would go down but not up, real joy when it started raining in Kentucky. The customer service at pick up was great, easy drop off.
