I was unsure about the whole CPAP experience with no clue what to expect. Daphine was very professional and reassuring and thoroughly explained how the equipment worked and that it should improve the symptoms I am experiencing. I just pray it provides the results we’re hoping for!

Shaun tirelessly worked with me explaining my concentrator.
He found that I had not been getting oxygen at all. The tubing on top of the water bottle was loose. He tightened it and I am now getting oxygen.
I had large bags of supplies from my brother-in-law's passing and Shaun advised me what was good and what wasn't needed.
You have an excellent employee in having Shaun on your staff. He is very friendly and personable.
Thank you for sending such a helpful employee to my home.
