Just had my car fixed here and they were the absolute best! Such kind people and went above and beyond. I had been quoted at another place double to triple what they quoted me. They truly wanted to make sure I was taken care of and my car was safe even before I decided to go with them. Very honest and lovely people.

The people at Abe’s Auto are extremely nice and hospitable. My husband and I had inquired about purchasing a vehicle and we almost did walk off the lot with it but it unfortunately it didn’t work out for us. Even with that said, the customer service was unlike anything else I’ve experienced at a car lot. I’ve never had someone go above and beyond for me like they have here and I will one day be back to buy a car.

I can't recommend this place. I drove 3.5 hours from Ohio to Lexington to pick up a 85k mile Scion my wife wanted. After showing up we found out the car had been in an accident and poorly touched up so the pictures looked better. The tires had over 80k miles on them and were very cracked, not even knowing if it would make the trip back to Ohio. It made the trip but was very uncomfortable and unsafe. It has costed over $2k in parts as Abe's is in a horrible location to look at and actually test drive a car. missed was bad wheel sensors (said maybe the tire was low again), window switch that worked on one side and not the other, door lock on one door that needs replaced, a steering angle sensor that confuses the car and it tries to auto correct on left turns and a smell that only comes out when the heater gets really hot. That being said the Sales folks were very friendly and eager to assist.

A bunch of class acts. Great customer service; recommended that I wait a day and pay with a check to avoid card authorization fees. Warned about delays in the County Clerk’s office. I would buy from Mason and his team again.

I had bought a Toyota Rav4 from Abe's auto and the salesperson (Omar I believe was his name) was so helpful and accommodating. He picked me up from the airport as I came from out of state which, I really appreciated. When I purchased the vehicle I then drove it back to where I lived in Texas (at the time). On the way home an issue arose with the car with the vacuum section of the engine. I took it to a mechanic and Abe took care of the bill for the issue. I have had nothing but a great experience with this car since. Thanks Abe's Auto for taking care of me in the buying process of my car! AAA+++

I just happened to be searching cargurus for a first car for my son. A lovely Camry popped up at Abe's. We took a ride over, and the car was exactly as described. Of course nothing with 200K is going to be perfect, but it was obviously well taken care of, with new tires and brakes, no lights, cold ac, and seems to run and shift fine, as of a purchase a few hours ago. Price was good considering the condition compared to all the other junk out there on facebook marketplace and craigslist. I believe Mazan was our salesman, a true gentlemen, very friendly, no pressure.at this point, highly recommended!

Mazen and Abe were great to work with. I was a bit leery about buying a used car from a dealer since I always feel like they are out to take advantage of people. Mazen wasn’t like that at all. He offered a great price for the vehicle that I bought, didn’t sell it to the other people that wanted to buy it before I could get there, stayed late to accommodate my work schedule, and even followed me to the rental drop off to save me the Uber. He is truly dedicated to customer satisfaction and I will happily recommend Abe’s to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

They finished my car Air Conditioning repairs under budget and sooner than expected. They were clear and precise in their estimate, and didn't charge a diagnostic fee to put the car up on a rack to check it out. I will make sure they are on my list of mechanics to check prices with whenever I need repairs.

Bought my wife a 2008 Honda Accord. Three months after Purchasing found out the car had been in an accident and totaled in 2017. We did our due diligence and rent a car fax before purchasing accident not on the Carfax. When I called Abe to ask if he could do anything to make this right he said no. In litigations now.The Carfax today shows that the car was being serviced in Sidney Ohio. I called the service company and they said the Vin number checks out to a 2006 F2 50. The lawyer I spoke with said that it would be your responsibility to ensure that the Vin number goes with the vehicle. You should be hearing from him in the next few days.

These guys are awesome!!! I got really lucky finding them! They were very prompt and extremely helpful. They explained everything so I could understand what needed to be fixed on my van. Extremely honest and had my best interest at heart!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone. They're a very sweet family and in the business to help others!!
