I got my washer and dryer today but can you tell me how i am suppose to use them without the power cord they did not bring the power cord after me trying the longest to delivery my order.and now cant use them i have NO POWER CORDS to connect them and i will have to drive to the store to pick up my power cords i was told by a delivery driver they for got to bring them how do you for get the power cords to a washer and dryer ?and i will have to find a contractor to wire them up so i can use them .so dont know how long thats going to take and how much they charge me . i should not have to pay for this service !

Ordered a bed 2 weeks ago was supposed to be delivered Monday then told it would be Wednesday…. It’s Thursday still no bed and second payment is coming out of bank account tomorrow morning

Worst store experience ever. I was needing a washer and dryer so I decided to go to Aaron’s because I had good experiences with other Aaron’s stores in the past. I placed my order online and it said it will be delivered in 5-7 days. So I waited for someone to contact me to set up a delivery time and date. I decided to call the store. They told me the washer and dryer was delivered to the store but I can’t set up a time for it to be delivered because they are backed up. The associate told me if I needed it sooner I can pick it up. I requested a manager call me back. He took my information and told me a manager would get a hold of me. A week later I hadn’t heard from the manager so I called back. Same deal. Backed up on delivery, I can pick it up. Took my information and promised a manager will call me back. A week later I get a message from Aaron’s telling me my first payment is due. So I called back. They said that I don’t owe the payment then they offered if I pick up the washer and dryer they will knock off the last payment. I declined that offer and told them I don’t have anyone to move it and install it for me. I requested another call back from the manager. After 3 attempts, I still have not heard from the manager. His associate said he’s out trying to collect payments. Today I called to cancel the order and the associate told me they will put in the request but the manager has to do it and he won’t be back until Wednesday because they are at a Managers meeting out of state. Can you believe he is at a manager meeting? She goes on to say their trucks are out of commission because the catalytic converters were stolen off of them! Moral of the story… if you’re thinking of going to Aaron’s, DONT!!! Run in the other direction!! If I could give them a negative star i would. I know after reading the previous reviews, the only reply they will have is to email them. But I really hope this keep you from making the same mistake in trusting this store or any Aaron’s to fulfill their promise.

The customer service experience at this location has been beyond poor. I have repeatedly called this location to discuss furniture that I need to have picked up due to a flood in my apartment. This flood required me to be placed in temporary housing. I have been told that the Aaron’s Store Manager at this location would call me or that a regional manager would call me. No one has called to assist me in resolving this issue. This experience with this store is delaying my apartment being renovated because I am required to have all my belongings out before renovations can begin . This has been going on since the end of December. I need someone to contact me in regard to this. It shouldn’t be this difficult to return something and should be the last thing I’m having to worry about given that I have more pressing things going on with the loss of a home.

Well they had a small place in the same shopping center and now they got a huge one that people can go up to the window and look in, since at 6pm on Thursday they can’t even be open except for curb pickup, well done thinking I’d use them for furniture.

In person they are lovely and was told they are under new management. i rented a washer/dryer from them but still have not recieved it. (its been a week) they were supposed to deliver yesterday but i had zero calls from them and they simply never came. today they came without any warning, so i was not home (since i was unaware of their arrival) and they were unable to install. they left a phone number to call but no one answered. getting frustrated.

Iam having problems with a store in lexington ky they keep bringing me washers that not working I pd a half a month haven't got to use a washer yet and no well call me back

Why I give this number of stars for one they all say the manager they all lie and second when try talk with one of the lady she cut you off or talk over you and lady will lie on you for I sit in the back heard them hang up in child face for she is grown and say my child give a fact card and that was not true Because it was my card that I use to pay them every two weeks. I will not tell no body come to them unless yhave a lawyer ready for them..one lady is Nice and the Male do not know he was not nice until Both lady told me something different then what he told me over the phone 3 days ago so they will lie But if you use your credit for someone else they will try pick up and not call you veven do you co signer that not how the law works or court

I've been purchasing items from Aaron'sFor many years. I've never been disappointed with the items I've purchased or the customer care they have provided. Until now. There really is only one person in the Richmond Road store that knows what she is doing and thats provided I can even get through on the phone.
