To be honest I have had an account with 723 vape for over 3 year's and they always have awesome people with awesome service but this one I absolutely hate they act like they would rather be anywhere but there.

All I can say is since I do vape, is this is the best vape shop. They are friendly and helpful and the stores even delivers for a small fee. Hey! We need all the extra help these days that we can get. 723 Vapor gets my vote as #1.

723, in general, is the premiere vapor store in this area. I'm not sorry to say that at all. The core staff at every location I've been to is great. The stores are always clean and straightforward. The selections are plus or minus this and that, but usually spot on. They deliver. What the expletive else do you want from these people?723 is genuinely a good place, at every location. The other location has a little bit more of a selection but I would still highly recommend this location. The guy always working there pushed me to sign up with their loyalty program and ive been getting points that I can use towards juice or coils if I want. Thank you for being so friendly and informational.

Everytime I go in this place they don't have what I need. When I ask for what I want or need they act like I'm the problem. Keep in mind these are products they are supposed to carry yet they never have them. Today I was going to buy some Kratom at 11am and it was $35 I only had a $100 and was told they couldn't accommodate me due to them "...not having change for the next customer..." dude behind the counter checked his other drawer and said "I got $120 in here." Yet couldn't make a sale to me is crazy. Basically this place is as worthless as a screen door on a submarine. This is why the internet is putting shops like this out of business.

Third time asking for a half kilo of kratom after I was told "We'll get the other store to send some over." and wouldn't ya know it they didn't have any. Then, when I did decide to buy some the employee informed me he didn't have enough money to change out a $100. This was at 11am and he did say he had $120 in change in his other drawer but "then I wouldn't have any change for other customers". I know math is hard for this guy because when I explained I wouldn't be taking all of it he looked puzzled and miffed almost like I had a third eye. Then he refused to sell me what I needed because of poor management practices. If I could give this store a negative star review I would. They don't know if they're a head shop or a vapor shop either way they can't do either worth a spit. Don't do two jobs poorly just pick one to ruin.

I LOVE this place! They have an awesome rewards program, they deliver, and they are VERY knowledgeable about vape stuff. Especially if you're new to vaping I would choose them, as you can learn a lot. Also, They don't just have vape stuff. They have glass, kratom, and a variety of other items. Store is clean and bright. It gives me a happy feeling when I walk in.
