In eight years the company name has changed three times, without warning they’ve changed account number this last time. Don’t pick up on the date they told us to have trash out. When I call their rude, and each company name change it gets worse. Their the only company in my area unfortunately. Worst trash pick up company ever. When I call to pay by phone it won’t let me talk to a person, I’ve been getting bounced around all day. How can I pay my bill online if it’s not working, you have a horrible automated system and no one answers the phone?!Service: House & garage cleanouts

My go to place for getting rid of trash and the ladies in the office are always so friendly and helpful. The workers in the back operating the equipment are nice and always make sure there's a clean path for me to pull in and unload.

Too many weeks of missed pick-up. Day of pick up varies without notice. Price has increased considerably as the reliability of service has declined.

I have had 2 toters for about a year. One of them has been busted for maybe 2 months. I have repeatedly called and requested a new one. I've had to leave messages twice as I could never catch them in the office. When I did get through and explained what I wanted the young lady said oh you're the one who had been calling. So they did get my messages just choose not to respond. The week after I spoke to her and was told I would have to wait until they had toters available but did not have a time frame, my remaining trash bin was dropped by the truck (twice) and is now busted also.Service: House & garage cleanouts

When we had service, they were not consistent in picking up the toter...sometimes coming on the wrong days and sometimes not picking up at all. Now that service is cancelled, I've tried numerous times for the toter to be taken away, and still no luck.

We had some issues during the period when GFL acquired WCA. Service has improved since then. Costs are in line with other providers. The new phone service is very nice and you get to talk to a real person.

Dropped them last year. This morning they knocked over my toter. Used to be, a driver would get out and and pick up what they knocked over.

This company is terrible, they don't want to actually pick uo the trash and they don't want to answer the phone. Don't do it! I cancelled my service and I am still calling trying to get my refund 4 months later, they said they would send it when the time was up we needed to give them to process the refund, that came and went and I am still trying to get my money back. When I actually get someone on the phone they say they will look into and get it sent but it NEVER gets actually sent to me.Service: House & garage cleanouts

Failure to pick up our trash on multiple occasions. Today, they took our toter for no reason and left bags of trash just sitting on the street in front of our house. When calling, no one would answer. Had to call multiple times just to get someone to pick up the phone. Then the lady on the other end was rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to a supervisor about when we would get our toter back and the trash picked up, she put me on hold then proceeded to hang up on me. If you have other options for trash service, use other options. You will regret choosing this service. If I could give zero stars I would.Service: Junk removal

WCA has the worst customer service ever. They also have every excuse in the book for not answering the phone. The are completely unhelpful. They left trash at our house again this week and took out toter! They are the worst and definitely would not recommend. Will be canceling my service if they would ever answer the phone. Oh wait and don’t ask for a manger because it’s against the rules for you to talk to one.

After moving in to a new house and paying my bill, I received a notice saying they were turning me into collections. Then I could never get anyone on the phone to resolve the problem.

Got skipped twice in a row. Left two emails and called four or five times with no response whatsoever. Didn't even pick up the phone. Now stuck with a full toter to take to the dump. Thanks!

Only pick up half the time. When I call they say my can wasn't out. But it is put out the night before.
