Have tried to call for two straight days. Was told more than once if I pre-ordered my iPhone 15 Pro Max it would be here by the 22nd. Even told me if I ordered a certain color it for sure would be and it is still not. They claimed they could not look up the order however customer service not only said they could but they informed me it may not be here until the 24th of the following month. Terrible in person service I’d rather be told a bad truth than lied too and mislead.

I’d leave no stars if I could. This is the worst AT&T store that I’ve come across. The employees at this store, does not answer the phone. I then assume that they are busy with customers. I come to the store and not one customer in the store. So I decide to call the store from my car to see if the employees would answer the phone. NOPE. I have no issues at the Campbellsville location. This is the first time I’ve ever had to leave a review for any business. I don’t ever complain, but this store is ran poorly!

We had a rep come in from bardstown and he was more than helpful! He was very polite and patient with everything we had going on and answered every question we had to the best of his knowledge as fast as he could!

I was having trouble getting my ATT account fixed after my husband passed away. I was in Bowling Green Kentucky for an extended time so went to an ATT store there and was basically told it could not be fixed unless I change my number. I came home to Lebanon went to the ATT store and was taken care of by Tylyn and Shalla and they took the time and solved my problem. The were kind and courteous. It was such a relief.
