Amazing service and friendly staff. I had a tire fall of on the highway and they were able to get a new wheel hub, install it and get me on my way in 4 hours at a reasonable price.

Very nice staff very nice camper options. Easy to walk around and view what's for sale. Most places I've shopped at make me fill out paper work before I can even view the interiors of what's for sale. This place no questions asked you can walk around and look at your own accord

While on a long trip, we had a tire blowout along the interstate. Bob and his team were kind and friendly to this out of town traveler. Working along with Dana and Kim, we came up with an awesome solution for my situation. I am very happy with how it turned out.

OK, this is gonna sound a little weird. But we had a great experience at this place. This guy actually talked us out of buying. We have some very specific needs and we talk to the owner for a while, and he really gave us some great advice. It’s very refreshing to know that there are still super honest people out there that want to do the right thing I have to give a strong recommendation to this establishment.

Bob and his team did a great job selling us our 2021 GeoPro travel trailer. Bob was very knowledgeable and honest about everything. I highly recommend Right Stop Rv if you’re looking for a camper. We got our travel trailer for a great price.

If you are looking to buy or service an RV, give Right Stop RV your business. We were first time RV buyers and couldn’t have asked for better service.Kim sat down with us and asked/answered questions before even knowing we had walked throw and picked out a travel trailer on their lot. No pressure on us to buy or look at certain brands/types.The service we received when picking up the trailer was also exceptional. They were careful to walk through all of the different necessary knowledge and show us around our trailer. We had a few issues that were taken in stride and handled fantastically.The team at Right Stop RV really knows their stuff and goes beyond expectations to send people off in their traveling homes.

Right stop RV center has the friendliest customer service. I called to get my RV looked at and they got me in as soon as they could. Diane and John was very friendly and informative. They took care of my RV and me when I found out the mess I was in. Thank you for Diane for your true concerns about my feelings. John thank you for sealing areas on my rv that might have had caused me bigger issues later. I will be recommending rt stop to all my friends.

Bob and his team are wonderful! We purchased a used trailer from them last month and they made the process as smooth as it could be. Bob ensured that we got a great deal and was determined for us to be happy with our purchase. I would recommend anyone to buy from here or have their trailer serviced here!

Brought RV refrigerator in for diagnostic and possible repair. Was not communicated with well and misunderstanding occurred. I picked up fridge to find crisper drawers missing from inside fridge. They lied and said they didn’t have them. Completely ridiculous that these items went missing from fridge after dropped off!!! Not the right stop!!!

So my wife and i recently bought from them. Bob, the owner, is fantastic. Not only was i able to get the best overall deal around on our new puma, he goes above and beyond to accommodate. I have emailed him-yes emailed the actual owner-and he will respond on evenings and weekends. His staff are great too. No one pushed me (or tried to push me) into a sale. His business model is go look in the lot and if you see something you like, we can chat. None of the big box camping store BS where they want someone on you at all times. It is a very non pretentious place. If you want a place that has a wonderful showcase of all the units-this is not your place. As for me, i don't want to pay extra for the flair. Very happy with them and already trust them for our future service/upgrade needs.

My father willed his camper to me when he passed on, and I have tried to learn everything I can about it, but still have a long ways to go.Brought my camper in to Right Stop because I was having issues with the slide, and had some questions about the battery disconnect switch.Tommy found that a wire had gotten wound around the wheel the drives the slide in and out, and was causing my breakers to pop. He fixed that and replaced the old (10+ years) with new ones and some other related issues, and took his time to do it right. I can appreciate a craftsman putting the effort in doing something right the first time, and am very glad he did that for me.We talked about the sway issues I have when hauling the camper around, and we decided to upgrade my hitch based on that conversation! He wasn't trying to sell me, just telling me about ways to make it safer, and again, treated me like a friend rather than a customer!Tommy and Right Stop have made a life-long customer and, though I hope I never need it, I'll feel confident bringing my camper back to them in the future.I cannot speak highly enough about Tommy, Bob and Dana, they were all wonderful.In today's dog-eat-dog world, it is refreshing to interact with a company and people that still try to make a difference.Bravo!

Apparently the XLR Micro Boost I bought was a “Covid Special”. It was built during the pandemic, and there were many short cuts taken at the factory, and the fit and finish was lousy. I had a bump in the road with the service department at Right Stop RV until Bob, the owner caught wind of it and made it right! My camper seems to be missing a cross brace on the nose of it, and the whole front of my camper flexes pretty severely while you’re driving down the road. It flexes right on the seam that joints two of the nose panels together, and it’s only a matter of time before that seal is compromised. Bob is fighting with Forest River to allow a warranty claim to be filed so this can be remedied. This makes me feel good to know that when the owner see something’s not right, he makes sure his customers are taken care of and told me he would get the nose fixed!Thanks Bob!!!
