I had run into some issues with a member of the team here yesterday, and left my feelings about it, but I believe in grace and second chances, especially when someone like Stephen Jones calls and is apologetic, kind, and as helpful as he can be. He thoughtfully explained the issue with my check and the technology in a way I could understand, as well as be able to grasp that the issue was out of their control, which is just life sometimes! I really appreciated the time he took out of his day to check in with me, and I was once again reminded that one bad encounter does not speak for the entirety of an organization.”

My mother was treated rudely early in the day at German American Bank, so it was so refreshing to see some good customer service.We were barely through the door and greeted with a smile. My mother was asked to have a seat instead of standing while the employee walked away from her window. My mother is elderly and I was glad to see some kindness while assisting her. In fact, we interacted with two different employees and both were so polite to my mother.Kindness goes a long way in my book! Great job ladies!”
