We've had multiple packages aswell as government documents lost by them or damaged to the weather because they just throw it at the end of the drive way instead of leaving it in the mailbox or delivering it to the house. They're too lazy to deliver. We've had multiple times where we've waited for the package and had someone outside waiting just for the to "delivery attempt" saying there's animals out... they never come down the drive way. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. But what do you expect, its Lawrenceburg ?♂️

I’ve been lied to.I went in requesting a form to forward mail to my new address. I was given the form, but advised that I couldn’t do it at their office. Instead I must go online and pay additional fees for the online service.The form itself literally states that I have the option to do this at a post office. What’s the deal? Was this false information due to ignorance or laziness? I guess it doesn’t matter since I’ll be moving.

The most idiotic staff ever works there. They deliver my packages to the wrong address EVERY SINGLE TIME, then proceed to tell you that it’s not their problem.The mailmen do their job wrong and the staff is of 0 help and just use cop out excuses to get off of the phone. Hire better staff.

I called the post office and someone kept hanging up on me. Someone eventually answered and then just moved stuff around and wouldn’t respond. If you don’t want to work find a new job. This post office is one of the worse ones I’ve ever had to deal with. We can’t even get our own mailbox and haven’t gotten our mail at the new address. Please fire these people and replace them with competent people. I wish something more could be done.
