All storage places are just about the same. 3 walls and a roll up door. Todd & sons set themselves truly apart with their service. Not only did they offer me a clean, new storage space they worked with me when I was very behind on my payments. Another place would have sold my unit. However they kept in contact with me and allowed me to make payments to keep me from losing all my belongings. I couldn't recommend this company more.

Frozen pipe disaster at home, but Todd went above and beyond to be accommodating, meeting all needs, explaining all things and shared ideas during time of confusion and chaos…wonderful/caring/hospitable, clean safe storage option :)
