Got a pedicure. Nails cut to short and are jagged. Polish on skin wasn’t cleaned off and also didn’t cover all of nails. Also charged 20.00 for dnc nail polish you can buy the entire bottle for 6.00 and said it was special gel polish lol. Will not return

I have gone to this place 3 times and they are already my favorite! I am a little complicated with how I like my nails and they always do it exactly how I want it I show them pictures and they make it look exactly right!! I really do recommend this place if you want your nails done and there prices are not bad either!

Today I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. One of the ladies that works there had just got done doing a pedicure and ask if I was wanting one, I said yes please and she told me to sit in the chair. I sat down, she ran the water and began the $50 pedicure I had pointed to. She filed my toenails on the right foot but didn’t on my left foot, then she only used the cuticle cutters on my right foot but not my left. I was in and out of the pedicure chair in 10 minutes. I’m sorry but that’s not at all worth the money. This is the second time I’ve been here. The first time I only had time to get my finger nails done and the guy that did them did a good job, but this time was a joke. I’m very disappointed.

I've been coming here for over a year and see Jeannette consistently! She's very gentle but efficient and always slays the designs I have in my head. I make an appointment online, which is so handy, and if there's a wait it's always short! I'm usually in and out in 45 minutes!! After going to other salons in the area, I can say this is the best one!

I’ve been going to this place for years and have nothing but good things to say about them! I hardly ever have a wait, and if I do, it’s short! Always make your appointment ahead of time ?
I see Jasmine on the regular & she never disappoints!!

I brought my daughter up here to get her toes and nails painted professionally for the first time. When we first arrived we weren't greeted just the kiosk shoved in our face to sign in, we signed in and waited at the time we arrived there were 2 in front of us after waiting about 15 minutes in the first one gets pulled back so it's just my daughter and another young lady waiting we waited another 45 minutes someone walked in while we were there and was pulled straight back, finally my 6 year old decided she didn't want to wait anymore so we left but we werent the only ones who left the other young lady left as well. No apologies no updates on wait times even though you provide your number during registration. I'm just really disappointed.
In response to their reply we will not be back!

The women who did my nails is amazing. They came out sooo good. And she was so gentle and asked many times to make sure I loved them. I don’t know her name. But she’s awsome!

Very disappointed for how much it cost to have my nails done. Two after I had a full set one nail broke. I went to have it replaced they just fixed it with the acrylic. I paid for the repair and fill in for the same as I paid two weeks prior plus had my cuticles clipped was charged for that as well. Now two weeks later the same nail broke again. I’ve paid over $100 in 5 weeks for my nails. I’ll just do without I’m not paying for them

Ma & Me is great! Ms. Jasmine was a delight to work with and did a fabulous job! I’ll definitely be coming back! Much less expensive than 2 other places I called first and they had sooooooo many color choices! More than I’ve ever seen at a nail salon and I’ve had mine done in Louisville, Indy, Miami, TN and several other places! They do gel, powder/dip, regular polish of course, paraffin, they have several types of pedicures available and even have two child sized pedicure chairs - frozen and minions!
