Unhelpful, unfriendly, unprofessional as far as handling orders from the Internet. I got my parts 2 weeks ago after NOT getting a notification via email as the promised. And NOW I'm getting many notifications to pick up the order that has already been picked up -- and I CAN'T TURN THE NOTIFICATIONS OFF !!! Amateur time in good ol' Kentucky. AGAIN.
