I have never seen such behavior in my entire life by a staff member. Standing in a lane coming in to pump gas and the attendant is having a conversation with someone holding up other customers. Then that person decides they are going to pump their gas now. Oh yes the they decide it's time to pay for the gas. Oh wait a minute the attendant is having a great conversation with someone else on the opposite side of the station of which she has decided to leave the cashier area for ten or more minutes, and and now had a line of folks waiting to pay. Thank God for honesty.

My 82 year old mother and handicapped sister tried to get gas on Friday August 11th about 4 pm they asked a guy there pumping gas if he would help them and his son offered to. They gave him 20.00 to get it with and the lady cashier came running out of booth grabbed the money out of boys hand and handed it back to my sister and told her if she couldn’t pump it herself she needed to go somewhere else! Every gas station now is self serve and older and handicapped people sometimes need help.Your Employee was way out of line to do that to them and I am furious. They are owed an apology and cashier needs to be reprimanded for her actions. It was none of her business who paid for the gas or who pumped it!

It says ya’ll open up at 4:30am and I need gas before I head to work and it’s 4:28am and no one is there no one else in town is open before I head to work why aren’t ya’ll at the store when it says you open?

Went by there to get cigarettes yesterday & they were closed @ 5:30 in the afternoon, in Lawerenceburg, Ky. I don’t know what is going on but they had it all sealed off, like they were going out of business or something, it’s the only one we have in this town, so I really hope it’s not going out of business
