The people here are friendly and knowledgeable, and what they don't know they know where to look. They are professionals. We've been with Farm Bureau since the 70's. Automobile and Home. We have had accidents, both home and car, they have been dependable. Would not change insurance companies.Thank you, Farm Bureu

Stopped by to discuss changing my current insurance co to Farm Bureau. I was immediately greeted as soon as I entered their door. I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism.I was so impressed and will be moving my policy to Farm Bureau before January 1st.

I was calling around to different insurance companies to find a better quote. They couldn’t give me an insurance quote during my initial phone call. But they did call me back an hour or so later. I cant say much about their services because by the time they had called me back, I had already gotten insurance somewhere else.

I have been a customer since the mid - late 1990s. I have never had a problem and would never ever think of changing to another house or auto insurance company. Ky Farm Bureau is the VERY BEST.

We left Farm Bureau once for a cheaper rate. When an uninsured teenager with no driver's license totaled our pickup, we found out what cheaper rates get you. We immediately went back to Farm Bureau. The L'Burg office is great and take very good care of us.
