From the moment we met Lance Sims, he made my husband and I feel like a priority, whether it was answering our many questions or adjusting his schedule to accommodate ours.
Lance truly puts his clients first. He put in more offers for us than I can possibly count, showed us what felt like every home in the West Side of Frankfort, and probably spent more Saturdays with us than his own family in the last six months.
One of the things I appreciated most about Lance was his responsiveness. No matter when we reached out, he was always quick to reply. His availability extended beyond regular business hours, which was incredibly helpful given mine and my husband’s opposite work schedules. Lance made sure we never felt like we were navigating journey alone.

We honestly wouldn’t have made it through without Lance, he was more than willing to work with our crazy schedule, late night tours, answered every question we had as first time buyers, always had our best interests in mind and made our process go as smoothly as possible.

We had a great experience with Exit Realty while selling our home. Cindy was so helpful throughout the process and answered all of my questions. She kept us updated and checked in frequently to make sure we were comfortable throughout the process. Mark also helped during the home inspection and provided valuable input on how to proceed.
