Spent forever in the store. Went in to add a line and upgrade my phone....two guys were working that seemed to know very little about what they were doing.Spent about an hour trying to switch carriers, and failed to do so after figuring out it wasn’t possible to do without the straight talk phone being active. (Which I told them in the beginning)As one of the guys are in the middle of getting me ready to leave, he decides to leave and go pick up his buddy, when he hasn’t even set my phone up yet for the line I added on. I was very disappointed in the service I received.

Love love love this phone store! Great management, great staff! They go above and beyond to make things right, when other stores have done you wrong. If it’s a little bit of a drive for you then it’s worth it! Come to this cricket! They will treat you like a human!
