Dr Jeff is great! If we lived in the area we would definitely use Anderson Animal Hospital. The staff is incredible. The place is extremely clean, and doesn't smell. They were able to take us right in. Our Chihuahua was attacked by a pit bull. She is fine but it was scary. Thanking God for His protection.

Don’t call yourself an animal HOSPITAL if it’s a 4 week wait for new patients! Called with a dog passing blood and was told it would be 4 weeks.

The staff here are amazing and truly care about your fur babies. 2 of mine got attacked by coyotes and they did not hesitate take them right in and do emergency surgery and took great care of my babies.

The best vet hospital ever. Dr Phillips and all his staff go above and beyond for you and your furbaby.

Everyone in this clinic goes above and beyond for our babies. This is a very busy clinic with limited staff, but they show nothing but love and compassion for our babies and us. We have been going here for about 10 years and we will always bring our babies here.

My dog came home with an injury to her paw on the pad area it was bleeding. She got her nails clipped. They said nothing about it I didn't see it until we had gotten home, there were blood streaks on the floor and blood on her paw. She was in pain because she didn't want to walk on the concrete I had to pick her up. Side note: the receptionist is a bit snooty/rude. Didn't much care for her attitude). I brought both my dogs and they had exams, heartworm check, shots and nails clipped in less than 10 minutes for each dog. Seems fast to me and it was all done in a separate room from exam room I waited in. Different from what I've seen. Usually the Dr exams the dog in the room, I've never seen this before and I have taken dogs to the Vet all of my life. Just not comfortable with their ways. But prices were cheap.

I was so looking forward to being able to get my dog's shots for free which he needs. But then they changed the rules, and said it was by appointment only but nobody was answering the phone so you could make an appointment. Now I have to find some way to get my dogs their shots up-to-date.

Dr. Phillips is one of the best Vet office in this area. I drive from Lexington Ky to see him. He is that good that I would drive past other Vet offices to go to him.

At our last post surgery appointment our poor pup was extremely distressed. She had never had that response before and this was immediately upon entering the office. Dr P. Was great as always but on this day in particular staff member (Niki) was rude and unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional at the front desk. Same said staff initiated and escalated a conversation into a situation then misinformed the Dr.of her own misconduct blaming me the customer. I was just completely confused about what had just occurred. ??????Niki did not pull our pups record or report of the payment made in full prior to the post op appointment. Instead I was left to explain to her I just owed for medication the full amount, of surgery and post op which was well over $730 had already been paid upfront - she responded - Well you dont have to be rude about it ‘ I was shocked, very shocked I explained, . I quickly explained I wasn’t being rude. Perplexed I genuinely asked staff if she was ok .She was red faced and insisted on arguing with me…just a nasty disposition I refused to interact. Shaking my head I turned and walked away. I was again confronted by the staff when I opened the door to our room because it got stuffy in the waiting room. I poked my head out made eye contact with others standing in the back office. I was about to state how hot it was in that small room when Same said staff, trying to re-escalate the encounter giving me dirty looks and attitude “ putting her hands on her hips” said - “Do we have a problem?” At this point I was beyond irritated and disgusted by the staffs behaviour and replied. I don’t know, do we? Said Staff interrupted doctor treating my pups post op to accuse me of being the issue.Said Staff had me so agitated I had to call back and speak to the doctor about my pup. I was just done with the ordeal.. I couldn’t get out of there fast enoughI’m dissatisfied and disappointed in the outcome and thought about the encounter overnight. My spouse and I discussed the concerns with retaliation from the said staff since I reported her behavior and was basically told by the provider that he’d got a different story’ - making me think he isn’t trusting me . We’ve decided to find another provider due to a loss of trust in staff and the failure to act on the part of the provider to said staffs behaviour We will not participate in funding said employee salary with monthly services for our pets or to be treated so poorly and have our beloved animals risk possible retaliation from staff.
