We had to use our card because their coin machine wasn't accepting any bills at the time. Instead of the $7.50 per load and the $1.25 for the dryer we were charged 10$ a piece for every washer and dryer we used. It has been several days and we haven't received a refund nor have we heard back from the owner/management. For 3 loads it costs us $60 ?

Great clean place nice washers and dryers but to use your card going to cost you . It took $10 for me to use 4.50 plus a 4%fee just to use. I'm going back but im only using change

I like coming here. It's a lot cleaner than most laundry mats. The owners take very good care of their establishment both inside and out, are helpful, and respectful.

Be Aware of bank fee of $10 and 4% processing fees are cleverly HIDDEN on the washer where if you're short you do not see them until it is too late but clear on lower dryers. Nothing posted anywhere else on walls. So a $4.50 wash can cost $15.50 or higher. I'm going back to my more honest and reputable laundry mat. This was on my way somewhere and thought I'd try them out but I don't go back to crooked businesses at all.

Extremely dirty. Not just the washers and dryers, but the floors, the restroom, everything. Would not recommend.

Sometimes clean sometimes not, really could do without the attitude of cleaning staff every time about when they show up. It's 24 hours...don't be mad at us for that.
