“A lot of haters on here, sheesh! It's a good place, what you'd expect. Every doctor office and pharmacy is understaffed, and yet I've had no issues getting both regular meds and emergency needs filled quickly.
They always answer the phone and are helpful - every time.
The one head pharmacist, if she's still there, is a delight. Young woman, blonde, always in a good mood...I really think they're trying but people are so judgy anymore!
I switched from Kroger pharmacy after years with them, and I've been happy with CVS for over a year now!”

“I value an independent pharmacy, and Hart is a prime example of why we all should. They are welcoming and efficient. Their web portal is clear, simple and works. (What a concept!) I now wish I'd transferred my prescriptions sooner, and the transfer was easy with no problems.They also have some basic health products for sale, like bandages, tooth paste, rubbing alcohol, and a gift card section. A business that truly cares about the health of its customers.”

I dropped my tire off at my local Sam's club in Springdale, they had my tire repaired in less that 2 hours. They made my day 100% better.I can depend on Sam's Club for replacement tires at a reasonable price time after time. Eight sets purchased to date.”

“Schaeper's is the best! Recently my cat was diagnosed with cardiac disease. I am still getting used to giving her the heart medicine every day. I woke up on Saturday morning and didn't realize til late that I had run out. I never wanna be the person that is calling a business right before they are about to close asking them to do something for me. But I know the heart medicine is serious business! Long story short, they were sweet and helpful and accommodating to my last minute request. Won't happen again on my end, but I really appreciated it. Just wanted to say THANK YOU and Schaeper's is the best!!!”

“Great selection of liquor and beer. Was kind of sad to not find a good selection of mixers, I suppose they expect you to go next door to the full store. They did have some basics like soda and juice but not much for energy drinks.”
“I mostly shop for groceries and their pickup service at the Alexandria store is very good. Their selection of foods has improved since I started shopping there maybe three years ago. Walmart now has more organic offerings but they could use more. An additional way to save is trying their brand, you may like it, if not do not buy it again.”

“I walked into this humongous target today to find the CVS so I could pick up a prescription. Within 10 seconds of walking in the store, 2 employees asked me if I needed help to find something. Wow! That’s impressive! I really appreciated them directing me to where I needed to go. CVS pharmacy is just inside the door, along the wall, to the left. You will walk past Starbucks, the Target café, and Pizza Hut. CVS is to the right of Pizza Hut.For all you Starbucks fanatics, your “coffee fix” is located immediately inside the door, to the left. ?I have used this location twice when I have suddenly needed prescription medication. The pharmacists have been so kind to quickly fill my meds. Thank you!”

“I went into this pharmacy on 3/17/2023 to pick up my prescriptions. One of them is a life saving blood thinner for which there is no generic. My health insurance doesn't cover much of its cost so my co-pay for a 30 day supply was $575.00. I've been trying to work with my doctor to get on something cheaper but the only viable alternative had a co-pay that was DOUBLE that! Seeing my frustration, the young pharmacy tech named Jonathan asked if I had my phone on me. I did, and he helpfully took it. Within minutes he had me enrolled to a discount program from the drug's manufacturer. With that applied, my copay was only $10.00. He also informed me that this discount would apply for a year. I couldn't believe it! While I didn't show it in the store, I nearly cried when I got out to my car. I know this young man thought he was simply doing his job but little did he know that his kind gesture meant the absolute world to me and I am forever grateful!! I would like to recognize Jonathan's outstanding customer service and for his compassion in going out of his way to help a customer in need. Thank you!”
