Money just disappears and if you call to ask about it they talk to you like your stupid. Was no help finding my money idk if the bank stole it or the online vendor I wouldn't bank here at all and they'll cover for each others mistakes to these are not decent people if I didn't spend any money and can't spend money that isn't there I'm waiting on a pre Auth to return on the 15 of say 70 bucks I use my card one time for 99 cents but I look today the pre Auth is gone but so is the money if I never used the card since the 15 but for the 99 cent then the money should be there but instead they opened my account and slander my name because there was some liquor store purchases so I must not know what I'm talking about

ATM was outta cash but it still charged my account as if I took the money out and the ladies working refused to help me in anyway I'm so thankful that I don't actually bank with them!
