I walked in to make an appointment for my daughter to get a haircut. The hairdressers just looked at us and continued talking to each other. They definitely saw us and just ignored us.

Good experience! Please read until the end to understand my experience!! Adreanna was great (It was her birthday btw)! I had her put navy blue streaks underneath my hair, but she accidentally bleached the wrong section of my hair ? then when she tried to fix it She put the wrong shade of brown. she also put a green/teal Blue color in my hair when I wanted Navy Blue, But I think it was just a miss understanding. other than that she was great. I went back the next day and she fixed it with no charge, she was really nice and understanding about it! Now i have no blonde hair and no green/blue hair I have dark blue hair!

Didnt call us back to scedule an appt in a timely matter.then when we are there they let us sit and wait over 30 mins and wouldnt acknowledgemowledge us at all.
