Matt was great to work with. I'm a seasoned buyer but there were a few glitches that he handled promptly and professionally. He's very responsive and timely. I really couldn't have asked for more. I high definitely recommend him.

Matt was a great help! My fiance and I just bought our first home together. He was actually our sellers' realtor (we didn't have one), but he was such a help to us, too! Answered all of our questions, gave great resources, flexible with our work schedules. Would use Matt in the future!

I have sold several homes and this sale was the best experience in regard to my agent. Matt's market knowledge and professionalism impressed me. He was very thorough in explaining his marketing strategy and maintained constant communication throughout the process. His knowledge of building construction was very beneficial in both marketing focal points and inspection reviews. Document processing was efficient and convenient. Matt provided excellent service from the first time we called him to list our home to closing day.
