Don't bother making an appointment if a walk in gets there before you then you have to wait till they are done. This is not how it works that's why you make appointments so you don't have to sit in a cold car for 20 or 30 minutes. I have filed taxes here for 13 years this is ridiculous.

I had a friend that use H&R Block I went with her and everything was quick and easy for her so I decided to go back and have mine done there and it worked out just as well for me will be going back next year

I had an appointment scheduled, waited about 20mins which was okay. However upon sitting in the waiting room for the young lady to get prepared for me, she came from the back and the other H&R block lady told her I was waiting. She got mad and said she can't even use the bathroom and left slamming the door! She then came out and told he co-worker this was ridiculous ? Needless to say I requested to wait for someone else, as I didn't feel comfortable with her doing my taxes and I've been an H&R customer for 7 years. I would have left but took off work to get this done...uuggg
