The letter carrier constantly delivers mail that doesn't live at my location. Even after writing that for them. Yet they just ignore it. I know it's hard to read but my name is on my mailbox. If I refuse the mail they just put it back in my mailbox the next time they come. Came home Friday to trash in my mailbox and my name tag was removed from it.

I've been using the post office on Buttermilk Pike for a while now. I'm really happy with my choice to get a PO Box here. The prices are unbeatable for having a second address to get items delivered to. The service has been consistently reliable over the 10+ years that this location has been our main post office. The counter workers are pretty good about tackling the line as fast as they can. If you are in a hurry, this location has a self service kiosk that never has any line. This location is convenient, affordable and gets the job done!

We used the kiosk to buy postage for some packages, and the machine did not print the postage or our receipt. We waited almost 20 minutes, and the machine would not distribute the stamps. We contacted USPS and Aurelia reached out to help. She was extremely polite and professional. We were able to get the issue resolved and while it was frustrating to not be able to mail our packages that evening, at least they were able to make sure we weren't charged for the postage that wasn't received.

Never met usps I didn't like. Thanks for helping my ebay store with those priority boxes. Came in super handy. Also would recommend a p.o. box.

Can’t say enough good things about this post office!! Always top notch, polite, helpful, and attentive! There are other post offices closer to me but I go here because I know the service is consistent and stellar! Makes going to the post office enjoyable! :)

Delivery guy don’t even come in my house with my package he just leave a piece of paper saying that I wasn’t there for my delivery… I rescheduled with them to bring the package and I clearly put a note “leave on door or knock the door” I lost a full day work just to be there, nobody knocked my door and they don’t leave ghe package at my door neither but they leave another piece of paper to let me know that I wasn’t there… I’m really upset with that.. usually Fedex or Amazon never gave me that issue… I can not pickup my package because I work 7am- 7pm…

Excellent customer service. Kenny was helpful and patient as I came in 30 minutes before close with a large package to be shipped internationally. It was also a tenth of the price that FedEx had quoted. Thank you for a great experience!

This place is awful. They lie straight to your face. And just send your packages back after you call and tell them you live at that address. This place is a joke and their employees are trash. Especially Travis. He just likes to hang up on you

I often visit this post office when running errands or donating blood nearby. It's always bustling with activity & the busy parking lot & stretch of Dixie Highway can be frustrating to deal with. But once inside, staff are efficient, courteous & quick. They also seem to care about themselves & their customers, with the protective shields put in place as a Covid-19 precaution. This is something I wish would spread to other Fort Mitchell businesses which continue to play fast & loose with the virus & its transmission.
