The two gentlemen that helped me with my name change documents for my passport today were wonderful. They were quick, patient and overall just pleasant to work with. Seeing so many bad reviews would make one think this post office is terrible, but for me it was quite the opposite. Thank you to the lovely gentleman today!

We are still in the middle of having a terrible time getting passports for our kids. The guy that works in the Lagrange location is the least helpful person I have ever dealt with in the post office. He does not work with you at all if there is an issue.

Why does the mail person that walks house to house never takes my mail?! And if there is no mail to drop off, she walks on by and doesn’t even look to see if I have outgoing mail! It’s extremely frustrating! How hard is it?! Just take my freaking mail!
