Sherwin-Williams LaGrange is my go to store to purchase paint. Great customer service and quality products. Staff is knowledgeable of products, and they are helpful in color choices and product selection.

There was 2 customers ahead of me and one behind. It appeared there was only one worker in the store, overwhelmed with his current customers needs. Stood in line for 15 minutes. Didn’t have that kind of time. Everything I was gonna buy there, I ultimately bought 200 yards away at Walmart - for less.

It was awesome, Haley was so great her knowledge was very helpful, she done a great job explaining the color options that I was looking for, I think she must be a professional painter, but either way she did a hell of a job, awesome employee to be working there

The staff at Sherwin-Williams are the best ever and their paint is just as good!!! I don't know why anybody would go anywhere else. They have helped us at the La Grange Railroad Museum keep our 107 year-old building and our 92 year-old L&N Dining Car looking fantastic.

If I could give zero stars I would!On March 30th 2021 around 5:30pm, I visited the LaGrange, Georgia Sherwin Williams paint store with a friend.We were there to pick out paint for the entire interior of my house. There were 2 gentlemen associates in the store when we entered behind the front desk area.Instead of being an exciting experience, we were extremely disappointed! NOT ONE OF THEM SPOKE to us the entire time we were in that store which was about an hour.They never looked over in our direction, we were never greeted, neither one came over to see if we had any questions, nor did they ever acknowledge that we were in the store. In fact, at one point, we needed a pen, walked out to the car, came back in and neither even turned their head in our direction. They were too busy talking about schedules and who was coming in early the next day!We are both business professionals, in customer service each for over 25 years. Because of this experience, we took our $4,000.00 business elsewhere!In the meantime, you might need to retrain your associates in the basics of customer service. “Hello ladies - Can we help you with something” goes a long way and would have prevented a bad review and the loss of a sale!
