1968 chevelle door panels the holes in the cardboard are 1/4 " off putting the ss396 emblems I had to move the holes so they lined up with where they are supposed to be

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE. I placed an order for a chevy s10 seat cover back in February, it's currently 09/14. I will never ever shop here again nor will I recommend this place to anyone I know.

I've been waiting for a year for my seat covers. I have paid over $ 1000, and get the worst customer service ever. I'm not told why or how long I have to keep waiting. I think the company does not want to admit how bad it is, and to not lose the customers who are waiting for their orders, they choose to lie to them. That is my opinion. Sometime in the future, when my car is sold, or I am 6 feet under, my order may be delivered. I'm not going to be angry, but I'm so disappointed in such a large company.

Rear seat covers for a Ford Galaxie took months (6) to receive and then they did not fit. They were short 3” in width and 2 “ in depth. They stated they were not interested in making new patterns to fit. The lady I spoke to said maybe it was the color I had ordered. What? Even with getting Mac’s involved it took over 2 months to get my money back. They probably won’t get back to you through email so you need to keep calling them.

In January 2020, I ordered a full interior from PUI thru Hubbard's Impala Parts for my 1963 Impala SS. After being lied to and strung along by Hubbard's and not havibg received my full order by July 2020, I began dealing directly with PUI. Abigail Schutte of PUI interfaced with me and I got more of the same b.s. When I finally received the last part of my order in late August - the front door panels and armrest covers - they nowhere even came close to fitting. I was asked to send them back and several weeks later received another set which also did not fit. I was asked to send those back also and was told by Abigail that I was at the head of the line with their production area. After several weeks of waiting I was told that their cutting machine broke and it would be several more weeks until I would receive my new panels. After getting the new panels, they required about half a day of manual fabrication to get them to fit. The armrest material still does not fit to this day. After many back and forth conversations with Abigail I still do not have the correctly sized material. Last I heard it was an issue with how a purchase order was made. I'm sorry, but not my problem! All those pieces are are rectangular cuts of the fabric that get wrapped around the armrest bases. PUI has stopped communicating with me about this issue and obviously are not going to complete my order. Take my advice and buy somewhere else!
