I just moved here from Lexington and had to put down my 14-year-old Frenchie, Sweet Pea. The doctor explained the whole process to me, let me take my time with her, as well as allowed me to be there until her very end. The team was highly empathetic and supportive. I even got a condolence card afterwards, which was very touching to me since I had not told many people about her passing. I have two other dogs and three cats, and I plan on continuing with their services for all my pets going forward. I highly recommend this veterinarian.

Dr. Chick and his staff are AMAZING! He is caring for my Moms FeLV kitten with love, compassion, and a plethora of knowledge. He treats Baby as one of his own pets, and the staff is so loving! I know these folks are Angels among us!

First time visit for two feral cats which adopted me. Immediately felt like I was part of a family!!! They were very thorough in their explanations and patient with questions. Would highly recommend in all regards - treatment, staff, facilities, and customer service.

Cannot say enough good things about this Vet office. Dr.Chick and his staff are amazing and very informative. I’ve been going to them for 3 years and have not had one bad experience. All the staff is so patient and kind with my animals. They will take their time to ensure your fur baby is getting the care they need. Highly recommended brining your pets here! ?

Dr. Chick and his staff have been taking care of my pets and I for several years now and there are not enough positive words in the universe to describe how incredible they all have been and continue to be for us. Earlier this year we had to make the difficult decision to euthanize our 15 year old lab. Dr. Chick is the most sensitive, caring, and patient vet I’ve ever encountered. He was so comforting for us and our dog. About 12 hours later we had to rush our other dog, a 17 year old shih tzu to the after hours emergency clinic because after her best friend was gone, she too gave up the will to go on. I was devastated for not euthanizing them together that morning with Dr Chick and so desperately wanted them cremated together. That sweet man drove to my home on a cold snowy Sunday to pick up our sweet girl and took her to his office so he could put her with her best friend. They were able to be together again because of his kindness. He continues to provide the very best care for our two new dogs as well as saving my cats life repeatedly!! He is thorough and straightforward and all around an honest guy, which I appreciate. Thank you to Dr. Chick and staff for truly caring. They came to my rescue as recent as yesterday helping me through a stressful situation with my dog. My animals will never go anywhere else!!!
