Reserved a spot online, checked in 10 mins early and called back right at my appointment time. I was in and out within 30 mins and the staff was very nice.

The provider was rude and not helpful. She told my husband he wasn’t sick then asked him what other providers prescribed for him when he has these symptoms. He was sick because he shared it with me this past week. I felt awful. They normally tell us to go see our PCP in a couple of weeks which means we would incur another co-pay?

Super convenient location and hours. They are open every day of the week and can usually get me in very quickly. Friendly team.

I was pleasantly surprised that an Urgent Care I was visiting for the first time, from out of town, was able to promptly and professionally meet my needs! Awesome customer service from the front desk, all the way through to check out!

My wait was only 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly, the Doctor was excellent. I was out in a total of 50 minutes.

They provide the best care that anyone could want. I walked in and was receiving care in less than an hour. The staff was fantastic. The doctor was very thorough, kept me apprised of what he was finding and sent scripts to my pharmacy for medication. It’s hard to have a good experience when you’re sick but they managed to provide one.

They’re very friendly and very efficient. The wait was long and they let me just go home and gave me a call when it was my turn. When I was seen everyone was friendly and listened to my concerns. I’ve been here a couple of times between me and my children having random illnesses and I’m thankful to live nearby to this ICC when our primary can’t get us in to be seen.

Best Norton's I have been to. I really enjoyed the Doctor on site. I would go back or recommend to anyone, especially the doctor :)
