For one, they are over priced , when we got the product for my brother with cash , but when we returned it, they wouldn't give cash back they wanted to put it on my card . FYI, when a customer pays cash, they get cash back. If you don't have cash for customers, then close your darn doors till you do.If I have one charge on my card that I didn't make, I will come after Napa

Ordered parts pick up through the AFTERPAY app. Order was ready for pick up in less than 15 minutes! Drove to the store in LaGrange and soon as I walked on, I was the only customer. The counter assistance was friendly and pleasant. I picked up my brake pads and departed in less time OVERALL than would be spent driving to auto parts store, counter help to obtain parts, pay for parts then return home. I saved time? How'd I manage to save time? 5 stars for the NAPA AUTO PARTS in LaGrange, KY experience.

I bought item on line check out would only let me pay in store My order on line was with 5.00 discount When i went to store was charged full price told they can not honor on line discount and customer service was of no help either go to another store
