Great towing experience, had my car shut off on me on Highway 53, he was there in no time and got the vehicle to my house in as little time as possible. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. Definitely would recommend them for your towing needs!

My daughter locked herself out of her Nissa Extera after work and we went to O'Reilly in Lagrange to get a lock out kit and met an employee of Lulu's off the clock who offered to help us out since O'Reilly didn't have anything. He was so polite and happened to be in the right place at the right time for us! We greatly appreciate your generosity sir, and just can't thank you enough.

We were heading to Nashville Tennesse when my husband tire blew, we didn't know where we were at, my husband pinned our location also called onstage foe helped they said it would be 2 hours before we would get a tow, my husband decided to call around where we were at to see if there was a tire place because he has a after market lug nuts on his car in which he forgot to put that particular lug wrench back.into his car to see if they would have the tire and lug wrench they recommended LuLu towing so we called and se we called them and they were there in 30 minutes we got Tommy he was fast, funny, professional we were very satisfied and he knew exactly where we were at for we were from Ohio and had no idea where we were at lol! Thank you Tommy and LULU towing we would of had to cancel our Annivery weekend celebration if we would of waited for ONSTAR cause they called back and said it was going to be an additional 2 hours wait. I.agine it was already 90 degrees out and we still had 3 hours to go and it was almost 2pm already.

Broke down on a Sunday. Called LuLu’s, and they came in less than 20 minutes to pick my vehicle up! The driver was courteous and professional. He did a great job with the tow. I will definitely call them again for my towing needs.

Lulu's was called by the Oldham Cty PD at the scene of a traffic accident my son was involved in this week. Luther was at the scene promptly and professionally handled every detail, even making sure I had everything I needed for our insurance claim. We had to pop back by the tow yard today to pick up a few more things out of the car and Luther (and his wife) managed our requests with kindness and a helping hand. I highly recommend using Lulu's towing. We love using Oldham County based businesses and this one is exemplary. Thanks Luther!

We thought we needed a tow however when they came out they discovered it was just the battery. They were honest and helpful , they easily could have taken advantage and they absolutely showed their professionalism by being helpful instead.Would highly recommend!Service: Battery service

I have known this guy for about 5 years now. He's the best prices around for the service he provides. He's honest up front and he updates and calls you while picking up your vehicle or whatever you may have him doing. That takes alot of stress off people. Everytime I had to use triple a it was stressful bc the drivers don't communicate well. But Luther is the bomb dot com okay. I recommend him to everyone literally.
