Great people very helpful. I found a stray dog. It’s been wandering around in Pendleton for the past three weeks. They scanned him for microchip and gave me the phone number to contact the company that put me in contact with the owner and now the owner is coming Saturday from Memphis, Tennessee to pick him up.

Very nice people. Took care of kitty's toenails! I just prefer these kinds of appointments to be done with me in the room. But I am going to be using them for kitty's future!

When I had to euthanize my Izzy, Dr Sheehan came through with compassion, not only for me but for Izzy as well. She is a no nonsense veterinarian putting the best care for your pet first.

This place is completely unprofessional. I would give zero stars if possible. My partner and I called to see if they could get my cat in for an emergency visit. They did tell us that the Dr was in a surgery until 10am that morning but after 10 we would be able to bring him in to be checked out. 10 comes around and we brought him in and they told us “on the phone” they said couldn’t take him in today, which as stated earlier in this post was not the case or else we would have not been there in that office wasting our time in a situation like this. The vet tech continued to yell at my girlfriend, in front of other customers, how we needed to research other vets “like she told us on the phone” and shaming us in front of other customers for not getting the care we were “told” to get for a cat, when the care that was told to us was to bring him in at 10! She was extremely rude and someone I would never want to take care of my pets, let alone anyone else’s. The cheaper prices are definitely a plus but the care and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Stay far away.

Great place to take your pet. Dr sheehan is knowledgeable on current treatments and veterinary trends. The office staff is very helpful and friendly and can handle any question you may have. The office stays busy usually so the sooner you call them for your pets needs, the better.

Dr. Sheehan saved my dog and I am very grateful. He had stopped eating and stopped doing just about anything. I took him in on a Friday morning as an emergency case. They did some blood work which showed he had an infection and some inflammation. He was given an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory and sent home on Saturday. He got better for a day, then started regressing. The next Friday I took him in again. Dr. Sheehan called that night saying he was in pretty critical shape and they would do more testing and x-rays. Saturday morning she called and I was not expecting the news to be good. However, he had survived the night and she had an idea of what was going on. She offered me the option to take him to Metropolitan Vets if I wanted, but I was fine with him being at LaGrange Animal Hospital. He ended up staying there until Wednesday getting fluids, hand feedings and the care he needed to get better. I got a call each day to keep me updated on his progress. It's been 10 days now and he is back to being his same old entertaining and irritating self. Was it cheap? No. Was it as expensive as any of the nearby emergency hospitals would have been? No where near it.

Had a minor emergency with a puppy. Believed she ingested one of my mom's pain pills. They induced vomiting. Everything OK.
