I used Fed Ex on site on 3-28-24 at Walgreens in LaGrange KY. The experience went smoothly and the workers actually knew what to do and how to do it!

My husband was expecting a very important package. He got a notice that it was delivered around 3:33 January 9, 2024. There was nothing on the porch so he call the company and they said they delivered. No one told him that the fed ex driver would leave the package in the mailbox this late in the day. My husband just got out of the hospital and could not walk all the way up to the street. So now the company destroyed this info and it may take 3 more days to be delivered. Is that your policy to put I mailbox so we can watch for it or did the driver pull a lazy stunt?

Have been waiting on a fedex driver for an hour and a half! Called to get an eta for the driver, because there were no envelopes. The man on the phone said they don’t supply envelopes unless you want to set up an account and order them in advance. You can’t make this up!!!
