We started coming here a few years ago after I had bad service at my local Louisville dealerships. I highly recommend this place. We use their service department and they are always accommodating with appointment days/times. We did have a problem once when we had an oil change and the cap was screwed on crooked, which caused a very slow oil leak. When we had an error code pop up, we brought it in. They detected the error, apologized for the mistake, and corrected it in a reasonable amount of time. Today my husband took it for an oil change and I mentioned on the phone it was giving another error code. If they could run the code, if they had time, he would be happy to come back for whatever needs fixed. My husband called to tell me they showed him the error code shows our battery has bad cells and is likely to give us problems starting in below freezing weather. They took care of it while he was there. They are so friendly with outstanding customer service!

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I will never do business with Champion Service Department again. I wish I had read the reviews about this before we already committed to taking our car in for service here.We took our 2018 Chevy Traverse in for a 50,000 mile service and with some complaints on the car. We were told that everything looked good. Fast forward 5 months ahead (when the warranty has expired), we started having problems with our car. Called to schedule an appointment with the service department (dealing with Tony) and we were told that our transmission was going out and gave an estimate. The day after having our car in for service we were not even able to drive it without problems. After dealing with GM warranty department and working with Tony in the service department, we were finally given the green light to get the transmission fixed. We dropped off our car on 9/12 and was told that it should be 2-3 days before the transmission gets fixed. We have been calling Tony for a week leaving messages every time and still have no call back. It's been over 2 weeks and we have no update on our vehicle and can't get a hold of Tony to even get an update on our car.After finally reading the reviews now I'm afraid that we are going to get our car back and the problem isn't even going to be fixed. This has been absolutely the worst customer service that I've ever dealt with and will not be doing business here again and I'd warn people from doing the same.

My husband John had his truck repaired here after someone hit it while parked. Second repair here and each experience better than the last, and as part of repair were able to repair separate scratch. Kudos James, Kyle and team. Recommend.

TERRIBLE customer service in the "SERVICE DEPT". went in for 9am routine oil change & tire rotation, left me sitting there for 3 hrs w no update....I went to ask what's the deal & Tony tells me I need new brakes and tires. I asked how long that will take. & do I need a rental, he says yes & we can take you to rental place. I get on phone to secure a rental w Hertz & go back to Tony to get that shuttle & he sends the driver to lunch for an hour (right in front of me while I'm asking!!!). he scrambles to find a part time driver to take me & I finally get to Hertz & there's no rental cars available....I wait. it's after 2 pm by the time I get a car & head to work- a little after 3 I get a phone call from Tony that my car is done!! omg! wth?! why did he put me thru all of that drama And why leave me sitting there that long & then tell me to get a rental?!? wasted my whole day!

I HAVE HAD BODY WORK DONE AT CHAMPION TWICE. THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB. SHELLY THE WOMAN WHO ARRANGES EVERYTHING WAS SO VERY HELPFUL. MY VEHICLE LOOKS BRAND NEW. Never go into this dealership on Sunday-Big mistake. One loser salesman who couldn't be bothered helping a female. A very poor listener and stopped talking with me so he could talk to a male customer. He just couldn't be bothered, do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership like the plague!

Took almost 6 weeks (dropped off Nov 3 and got it back Dec 10) to get my car back after hitting a curb. Second day after getting the car back, the engine light came on and the car jerks uncontrollably over 2500RPM. Took back for help and they said it was unrelated to the repairs they did. I wanted to keep it local, but I made a huge mistake going here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Services: Electrical
