He helped me get myself and dog into a motel (the truck was totaled) and helped me get a ride to urgent care the next day for x-rays. Thank you Norman for all the help.”

“This place saved my life as my higher power. Traveling back to Minnesota from Alabama (tomorrow is Christmas Eve as well) as I had came down to pick my vehicle up via grayhound. I was told it was my alignment was bad and it was much worse than this..the control arm was broken and who knows what would have happened if I had not called and they offered to check it out before sending me to another location whom can potentially assist to ensure I would be safe traveling. They furnished a courtesy vehicle for me to finish my business. “I would recommend this place to everyone. We had a flat tire on our souvenir trailer and had to have a tire mounted and then put back on the trailer. They got to us fast and the guy was super nice and had us back on the road in no time.

“Me and three of my girl friends blew our tire on the way back home from a trip in Nashville late on a Saturday afternoon several hours away from home. One of the men that works for Carlton Motors came up to us at the local gas station and offered to help us despite being closed. They worked on our car for two hours (until after dark) to check our tire, get us a used tire, and replace it so we could get home. Price was very reasonable (under $100) and the people were super kind. Everyone was super friendly and chatted with us. God must have sent an angel to help us. We got so lucky to be home safe in our own car that night!”

I bought a antique dressing dresser and the mirror was broken,I had a mirror and needed to use it because I'm on a very tight budget now. I took it in and explained my situation and he treated me with respect just like his father had before him. And when I went to pick it up he only charged me 10.00 and even put it in the frame for me. “Our diesel ran out of gas on I24 just 2 miles from the Eddyville exit and had trouble getting it primed and restarted. We called every tow/roadside assistance company in the area and no one would come. They just kept sending us to the next company. Geico set us up with one we had already tried but they couldn't come for 4.5 hours. Finally I found this company through Google. Not only did Lynn try walking us through the problem over the phone but when that didn't work he came out straight away. We were up and running in under 30 minutes. He wasn't the closest tow company but the only one who seemed to care. 10/10 recommend. He was kind and good hearted and very knowledgeable.”
