They are so friendly, give great advice for how to mail something, and it must be a nice place to work because they are happy and funny and just make the wait not bad. It takes effort to be upbeat and I appreciate them each time I go in. and it is a gift to others and they don't expect a return. Very nice team.”

“If you are kind, they are kind. Employees here have gone out of their way to help, I've experienced that on more than one occasion by multiple employees. Have there been mess ups? Of course, but they try their absolute hardest to resolve and satisfy. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is because I think if you call their number you should call the store itself to speak with an employee rather than a 1800 number with an automated system. This however might just be their higher-ups that made this decision and not the store itself, policy.”
