They have such a variety of sweet spreadable, amish goods, gifts and many other products. It was my first time and the staff were so patient and helpful. We will be back to try another sandwich and buy a gift for my granddaughters. Thank you for having a place like this to visit.”
“Well, I gotta brag and give credit where it’s due. Today I was in Whitesburg Save-A-Lot and I just got to say how dang clean the isles and shelves were. I was very impressed with the new name brand products they carry and the price was much cheaper than Walmart needles to say and food city. But, I did have to ask where a few things were located and I have to say the employees were so polite and knew exactly where everything was. It’s hard to find anyone who helps these days! I even seen one employee outside vacuuming the welcome mat! How cool! I definitely recommend to EVERYONE!”

“I came here to fill up on gas before traveling to Benham, KY. I found that this gas station does not take WEX cards and so I had to use my own. The attendant at the gas station was so nice that she walked a receipt to me, to my car. I had gotten one from the pump and never asked, but it was a nice gesture. She stated that sometimes they do not replenish the paper.”

“Opening line is: you have restored my faith in good food.Since my heart attack last year it seemed my taste had changed. Most things I loved just didn't taste good to me anymore.What I didn't know is your meat comes from all over and different places. Specifically the store we used, I found out, comes from Mexico. So we said right there we are changing our store even if it costs more.We have heard good things about this store and followed the rebuilding news after the flood. Today we finally came to visit. Mind you this store is an easy 30 minutes from our home two counties over.First impressions: clean, super clean. Very organized. We wasn't there 5 minutes and an employee asked if we needed help. I asked a couple questions about cutting meat and he said he could get the manager and I told him that wasn't necessary.Maybe 5 minutes later the manager Allen came to us and asked if we had questions. We asked him several questions about where the meat comes from, what and when they smoke meat. He answered everything promptly and even showed us the seasoning for the in-house sausage. He explained the digital coupon process. I was impressed.We continued shopping and getting things to try out. 10 minutes later here comes Allen and he said "here try this for free" and handed us a tray of smoked ribs. I mean really who still does all this.We found many deals. Found things we didn't know they made. Had a great supper smoked BBQ ribs and pork steaks with garlic potatoes and ice cream for dessert. We are highly impressed with the prices and the brands available. Also all of the employees are super super nice and answered all my questions with a smile and did a great job.We will be back to get supplies and try more things from here. To the owners, pat yourself on the back, you are doing it right with the right people. Be proud, IGA proud!”
