“Thanks to the folks at Dutch’s Chevy and specifically Brad Alford for meeting a need that my family and I had. We needed a dependable vehicle for Dr. appointments, necessary trips around town and transportation in general. Brad listed the vehicle that was what we had been looking for. It was inexpensive, dependable and we are the 2nd owner of this vehicle. They accepted a deposit to hold it for 2 days. Even though they could have sold it several times they remained true to their word and I signed the paperwork yesterday and I am now the proud owner of a 2011 Toyota Camry. Because I know that a Toyota Camry is reliable and I have seen as many as 450,000 miles on one that I owned previously when I sold it and purchased another one.

“Extremely grateful for the amazing folks at Quality Tire and Service Center in Mt. Sterling, KY! We were on our way back home to Maryland from Texas with our Jeep Grand Cherokee towing our travel trailer when some road debris punctured a tire. We looked for a nearby tire shop and fortunately we were not far away from Quality, just off I-64. As soon as we arrived the owner plugged and remounted our tire, topped off the air in the others, and really helped us get through an otherwise tough situation. Very impressed by the friendly service we received.”

“Well this was going to be a not so nice review , but after gateway making it right it a 5 star review. Anyways dropped buggy of almost 4 weeks ago for a first service and some warranty work, a couple cables had went bad, and decided to install msc stage 3 cluch kit, dropping off was told it would be ready by the end of next week, we'll that week goes by and another and another with never received one call from gateway, I called every week to no avail, either the parts we not there or something, come to find out lot of changes had went on the weeks it was in the shop, o lots of confusion and frustration. Am told to come get it yesterday and drive all the way to Mt sterling to get the buggy and nothing but the oil and fluids and one cable was changed, o boy was mad ? no clutch, no grease, and not replaced cable, I was livid. Will to take elsewhere to get the work done but end up talking to the new service Mgr Paul and the gm that was there for the day and let me tell u, they took care of me. Understanding my frustrations and made everything right all the way around, I picked the buggy up first thing this morning and could not be happier. All the guys did there part to get my buggy in my possession asap.. the mechanic tech he's a hell of guy, the service guy Paul is a hell of a guy that's has gotten thrown in a bad situation and I have nothing bad to say about gateway and will be back when I need anything done.. it was a bad beginning with a good ending. And I am happy!”
“The lady and gentlemen that works at the counter Ian and Roe are very nice and told me that there will be a long wait for oil change but they did explain that it was because of others in line before me. Also the workers there do their best while dealing with very rude and disrespectful people, saw for myself while waiting for my car to be done. Respect is a two way street, if you want it you must give it! Other then that I'm very pleased with my visit and will be coming back again!Service: Oil change”
