We had a great experience with Unique Flooring. We put some hardwood in our upstairs landing and luxury vinyl in our basement. They have many different flooring options as well. We priced out having a handyman so the work but Unique was still less. I would highly recommend using them for any flooring needs.

From the moment Michelle answered the phone, listened to my frustration of 2 to 3 previous floor company quotes, I felt for the first time I was heard! One company, the man kept insisting on speaking to my husband even though I was the one taking care of it. Like really? Called another company, explained, so they sent a woman. Didn't even send me an email until 2 weeks later with a quote after I already hired Unique! I knew exactly what type of flooring I wanted for my upstairs level, to match my main floor level. That's another thing, everyone else kept wanting me to come to their "show room". Even AFTER giving them floor samples we had from 6 years ago! We didn't need to go, we just needed them to match it! We didn't want to waste our time. Why would we? We gave each company exactly what we wanted, but still want me to come in? That still blows my mind. Back to Michelle, I told her I had no interest to come into the store and what I wanted. She allowed me to text her a photo and said Oliver would be out (literally in less than a weeks time) with samples. He walked in, saw the floor, walked out to his truck and came back in with the PERFECT match!!! Talk about impressive! Not only that, their prices were slightly better and I saw on their website they support discounts for veterans! Talk about feeling appreciated and respected...FINALLY! So everything is perfect and going exactly according to plan as they had promised! The day comes to start the work and I am lucky enough to have had Z install my flooring. I couldn't believe he was a one man show, but OMG what an amazing worker! He was kind, respectful, did an outstanding job! If you have Z laying your floors, you are one lucky customer! He was clean (as much as you can keep things clean when working on floors lol), but also took the upmost care of our furniture and advised me what to take out so I wouldn't be stuck with dust on items that wouldn't come out. (First experience with new floors, I had no clue what I was doing!) I have never seen anyone work as hard as he did. Not only that, each cut he had to make he had to go up and down 2 flights of steps each time. I honestly don't know how he does it! I have never been this happy with a company before, hence my long review. I usually don't do reviews, but the satisfaction I have felt with their work from the first phone call, to Olivers knowledge and bringing me a perfect match, to Z rocking it out....I had to take this time. Its more than well deserved. Do yourself a favor if you are looking for new floors...skip the others and call Unique Flooring Solutions. You will NOT regret it! Thank you all again for such a wonderful job! I still marvel at the floor every time I walk upstairs.

The estimate Unique Flooring provided was almost half of other estimates we received. I was concerned that they were so much less expensive but they did a great job! There was some stain on the walls but we planned on painting anyway so it wasn't much of an issue. The workers left trash in the house and they did not remove the plastic from the cabinets. It wasn't an issue for us to pick up and remove the plastic but for some people it might be. For the money we saved, it was well worth it and I would recommend Unique Flooring Solutions.

Everyone with Unique has been such a pleasure to work with. Rodney tore out the old carpet on our second floor and gave new life to the pine floors underneath. He was so kind and did such a wonderful job. We would absolutely recommend Unique to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future!

I ordered and had installed three different kinds of flooring: vinyl plank wood-look; ceramic tiles and carpet. All were delivered and installed in a timely manner. Oliver, one of the owners was my contact person and was very professional and helpful. The installers did a good job and Oliver followed up with them so that my flooring looks fantastic! Regina kept me informed and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company for any flooring needs. 5 double stars!!!!!
